  1. Yeah, no way to PJ. I don't think you give up Miles just because his chemistry with Melo. Devonte is nice and I love him but he's somewhat redundant with Melo as the PG and you can sell high on Devonte. Not bad for a 2nd round pick. The first rounder is honestly not a big deal to me. Normally, I hate it, but I really don't see many guys in the draft that have even a decent chance of being an upgrade over anyone on the team currently. Honestly, that could be a really good team. I don't LOVE Vucevic because of his defensive limitations but he's still a big upgrade offensively over what we have now.
  2. There's just over a month until the Trade Deadline and if they're still not close there will be a tough decision to make from an asset management standpoint. Either trade him and get some value or keep him as your in-house rental.
  3. Stop buying Panthers and Canes calendars!!
  4. If your answer isn't Eric Fisher and Devin White then you're wrong.
  5. Reminds me of everybody on here saying Alshon would bust because he was too fat.
  6. I think he may make it over Bersin, Hill, and some other guys because of his ST play. That's where Byrd's real value is. And no, I'm not talking about as a returner. I'm talking about as a gunner.
  7. Either way, putting Collins in the same sentence as Carruth is absolutely tacky and unethical journalism. He's being questioned and has been explicitly stated as being "not a suspect". That is like saying anyone whose friend is murdered might be the next Aaron Hernandez. It's just a lack of respect for the system and the person. But again...didn't want to make this about Voth.
  8. Didn't mean to make this about Voth. Just pointing out that he has no idea what he's talking about. He has good articles every once in a while but it's clear that when it comes to talent evaluation and guessing what the FO is thinking, he has absolutely no clue. Take he what he says with a HUGE grain of salt.
  9. Not going through days worth of his tweets but two quick ones that don't explicitly state it but point towards what he's thinking... He has many more in response to other people.
  10. I'm not referring to that tweet. Voth has been saying it the past few days.
  11. He's been saying since the situation started that the Panthers won't touch him because they don't want "the next Rae Carruth" or "another Rae Carruth".
  12. Bill Voth is an annoying @sshole. If I were Collins and ended up in Carolina I would never answer a single thing Voth asks. Seriously, calling someone the next Rae Carruth because he's being QUESTIONED about a murder is flat out messed up. That is very unethical and tacky "journalism". Also, Voth debated with me on multiple occasions last year when I said Byron Bell wasn't a good football player. Seriously, this guy has no idea what's going on.
  13. Gonna be a great ST signing. He is always the first one down the field on punt and kick coverage.
  14. Signed Damiere Byrd. Ran a 4.26 electronically timed 40 coming out of high school.
  15. Don't know anything about him other than what I've read on NFL.com. Would love for a UDFA SS to work out for us. What do you know about him?
  16. Dean Marlowe, JMU safety to Panthers
  17. Shane Carden to da Bears for those ECU fans
  18. absolutely but with about a dozen or so other teams being able to say something similar, I would hope that those other factors may put us over the top.
  19. NFL.com on Garry Peters....
  20. Arthur Miley and Darious Cummings
  21. Garry Peters is interesting to me. Despite my family being big Clemson fans and I seeing most of their games, they always seem to have an underrated DB that I'm not terribly familiar with. Wouldn't mind if Peters is that guy this year.
  22. Just never seemed to put it together. Inconsistent hands and much faster straight line than he is quick in and out of cuts. Pretty much became strictly a fly-route guy that could stretch the field. He will be great for ST though.
  23. Clemson DB Gary Peters coming to Carolina as well
  24. Damiere is almost strictly a stretch-the-field type receiver. He's a potential Olympic track athlete. He's great on ST. Always seems to be the first one to make the tackle.
