    How'd that work out for Newton? Tom Brady, Drew Brees and Peyton Manning all had long, very successful careers. None of them were athletic freaks. Brain power, passing accuracy and processing ability will take you much further in the NFL than athleticism. It's a cool thing to have, but it's nowhere near as important as the other stuff.

    I survived fifteen years of Marty Hurney, but three years of Matt Rhule was arguably even tougher. It's a wonder I'm still here.

    Brees used to drive us nuts with that approach. It was always a short gain here, a short gain there...and then suddenly oh sh-t they're at the 10 yard line

    Snyder reportedly blocked him from bidding on the Commanders. Granted the circumstances are odd, but apparently he still had that right.

    If it got to that point, you're probably talking groups rather than individuals. I suppose potentially corporations but I don't know how the NFL would feel about that.
