  1. Sometimes. He's a lot like LaCanfora; can be dead on at times but wildly off the mark at others.
  2. I always saw you as more of a 3-tech than a true 0-tech (happy birthday; mine is this month also)
  3. The Panthers have an excellent resource on that front in Thomas Brown's connection to Liam Coen. I'd be willing to bet that conversation has already taken place, but if not I'm sure it will.
  4. The perception that it's a shot at Richardson is because of his Combine hype. And yeah, Richardson is being hyped up way more than Levis right now. I don't know that it's directed at either of them though. When I read the description, it just sounds like a generic, hypothetical quarterback. (my guess would be that if Saban is asked about these comments, that's probably what he'll say)
  5. To be fair, the coach who helped him have his 2021 season wasn't there last year.
  6. Apparently Nick Saban has now entered the chat. Recently, while talking up Bryce Young, he made a statement about larger quarterbacks with lesser skills that's being perceived as a shot at Anthony Richardson. The article featuring the original quote is here: To be clear, he doesn't mention any names. The physical description does fit Richardson but it could also be kinda generic. In the wake of Richardson's Combine performance though, this is how people are taking it.
  7. You'd likely have hated Greg Olsen, then...
  8. 3 out of 11, or 5 out of 13 counting first rounders, plus you have to factor in things like special teams contributions while understanding that most teams lower round picks aren't expected to be all pros (especially not in their first two seasons).
  9. Brady Christensen wax a huge part of our offense last year. So was Chuba Hubbard. Others like Terrace Marshall, Tommy Tremble, Amare Barno and others have been contributors. Once someone other than Ben McAdoo is running the offense and a pro DC is running the defense, we'll have a much better read on things.
  10. Kid, Lamar is pretty much all you ever talk about. I'd guess 90-95% of your posts are about him.
  11. Not agreeing with me.is fine. Not knowing football is fine. Telling other people your opinion is superior to theirs while clearly demonstrating that you don't know what you're talking about isn't. Ask questions, learn from the people on here who know more than you, and stop talking like the next caller on an afternoon sports talk show, then things will go a lot better.
  12. It is a business, and one you don't understand. There are reasons why no team (not just us) is giving him what he wants, and why analysts are calling the Ravens brilliant for what they're doing.
  13. Fair, but the guy who drafted him didn't really seem to love him that much.
  14. They were gonna get those picks anyway. We got something we wouldn't have had, so...
  15. Lombardi can be kinda hit or miss. He famously spent the better part of a season predicting we were firing our head coach (Fox or Rivera one, forget which) when no one else was saying it or even hinting at it. Granted it could be true, but I'd like some corroboration on this one.
  16. Not so sure of that either. Hopefully not since desperate men do stupid things. So far this offseason though, Tepper's been smart enough to trust his football people when it comes to the decision making. I'd expect that to continue.
