  1. I wasn't until you mentioned this
  2. I've actually started to ponder what my score would be if I could take this test. Mind you, I never played quarterback. My close friend who did wasn't very good with tests
  3. (Lady Cowboy Fan and I are approaching this status)
  4. If they valued the S2 that heavily, their second choice would probably be Will Levis (93)
  5. Fair enough. Fairly certain David and Goliath references are on their way as well.
  6. Kinda like this guy... (truthfully I could probably post pictures of several of our staff members and it still be valid)
  7. You'd have to hope it works out better than this cover did...
  8. Which also has a lot to do with gambling, but nobody in the NFL would want to admit that. (there's probably a discussion to be had about the privacy of medical information vs the importance of accurate gambling lines)
  9. Morgan's pic was in response to your mention of players with no injury history. It's valid that injuries are damn near impossible to predict. That's why I don't necessarily think it's fair to call someone whose career was derailed by injuries "a bust".
  10. I foresee the "Tiny Titan" graphics from Madden getting applied to Young.
  11. Lady Cowboy Fan is a nurse. Judging from my personal dealings with her, I believe she'd probably make a pretty good cop too Also think she'd make a good French maid, naughty schoolgirl, Farmer's daughter and a few other things depending on what's available at 3wishes.com, but that's another discussion.
  12. Eeehhh, maybe. It'd probably come to be viewed the same way they look at a player not doing drills at the Combine. Either way though, I would agree that these scores being leaked is probably only going to decrease the willingness of players to take this test.
  13. No one should take this as a knock on Young's intelligence (though someone probably will) But I do think you kinda have to take into account the fact that he was taking this test on an annual basis from high school forward. The guys who created the test might say that doesn't matter, but they sorta have a vested interest.
  14. I'm not really talking about money. I think he was a decent player. Heck, if you go by money, Chase Daniel is more successful than a lot of players who probably had more talent and ability than him
  15. On the Huddle? I think we probably always were. Maybe I just worded something poorly. Don't know.
  16. I've said before that I could be a return man in the league. I'm certainly not the greatest runner (especially these days) but you'd be surprised how fast I could go if I've got an angry 300 pound man chasing me
  17. The length of Cam Newton's career vs the length of Tom Brady's career reinforces the notion that being bigger isn't everything. And that's what's been said with regard to Young. Hell, I've pointed out myself before that mobility isn't the best defense against getting hit. Fast processing is. Lord knows Young has that. Inevitably though, he is going to be hit. That's where I cringe. Just have to hope he's both smart enough and durable enough to minimize the damage. Lord knows he'll have a coaching staff that can help him in that area.
  18. Several years of this sort of thing soon to come, I expect
  19. No, and I'm not saying we should necessarily pass on Young. It's something that you have to factor into the decision though.
  20. My string theory is that whoever we draft will be first string...unless it's Anthony Richardson
