    I can't sign on to Bryce being the source of every problem. I am on board with replacing him as the starting QB though. That said, I don't feel comfortable judging Canales until I see him with a QB that doesn't have Young's limitations.

    I'm not at all against being aggressive. That's helped us win some games this year. But the most important thing is always to be wise.

    Have said consistently: lack of effort on his part cannot be blamed on anyone else... including Bryce. My opinion on him doesn't change unless I see him giving his all at on every play. Now with regard to this game, he's definitely looked better (even with a brain fart or two).

    Bryce has neither the arm strength nor the downfield accuracy to make those passes consistently. Maybe once in a while, and with receiver help, but it's just not something you can bank on. All that said, his mid-range passing is definitely better this game.

    I think we've seen that the "bulldoze them with Dowdle" gameplan isn't sustainable over a long season. That's why I've said repeatedly that we need more two back rotation with a healthy Hubbard to sustain this run heavy MO.
