Another illustration of the false starts...

Oops...

T-shirts? No doubt

I know teams and fans love to hype coaching quotes, but somehow I don't think "we're built for this sh-t" can be used as a marketing slogan

Also...

I think when the broadcast crew showed that shot of him while talking to Terry McAulay, they were expecting to be able to explain why what he was doing was legal. But then when they saw the actual picture, all three of them went quite noticeably silent, likely because it was obvious he was well past what they had just described. Lady Cowboy Fan saw it too. I couldn't help but chuckle

To be fair, while Mahomes is certainly a capable runner, I wouldn't say he's the kind of run threat Newton was.

Spoiler: It what's for a massive tattoo on his leg that features everything from the Dallas skyline to Daffy Duck

Here's a compliment you never would have expected My parakeet, who normally hates anything Panthers related, actually liked this video. Kudos on being budgie approved

That proving to be a tell for what kind of play they were about to run might just stop it from happening. I definitely got the impression the Lions caught on during the game.

They proved they deserved it.

Good parenting Congrats on both...

That was a fun season opener.

Whoa

Yeah, he did. He interviewed with one team (forget who) had us and others scheduled but decided he wanted to stay out. Probably a good decision for him. Might work out for us too, we'll see.

Does Campbell ever look relaxed?
-
That took some balls

If the Lions offense continues playing like they did last year, they've got a chance. If their defense continues playing like they did last year, not so much

NFL executives rank the teams The Panthers rank 10th, making them the second highest team from the NFC South. Only the Saints are higher at 6th. The Falcons and Bucs are 13th and 14th respectively. The top five are the Eagles, 49ers, Lions (yes, Lions) Cowboys () and Seahawks. Rounding out the bottom along with the aforementioned NFC South teams are the Bears (12th) Rams (15th) an dof course, the Cardinals. Ranking just above the Panthers at #9, Ron Rivera and the Commanders

File under "things that could get really interesting"...

Reich hasn't shirked responsibility for past issues that I've seen. Rivera and Rhule, well...

I saw something about that but it didn't come from a reliable source. Wanted to wait until there was something better...
