  1. Pretty clear they're parting ways with Rivera either way. Wonder if they follow Tepper's example and keep Hurney.
  2. It's possible both thay and the Niners did but got turned down. That's the sort of thing you hardly ever hear about until later though.
  3. My impression was always that Reich and Duce Staley had a hand in us getting Sanders. I'm still honestly not sure what to make of him yet. Said earlier I don't think he's been healthy all year.
  4. FYI: There actually was word they might be willing to deal Brissett
  5. Basically an even better Ricky Proehl
  6. Less than an hour till the deadline now... As always, remember some deals may be made before the deadline but not announced until afterward.
  7. Yeah, but everybody always wants the skill positions over blockers.
  8. For the sake of this year? I'd actually be fine if we don't make any sort of big moves aimed at this season. Would rather we be looking ahead to the future years.
  9. A lot of Theilin's receptions look like that
  10. RapSheet said earlier he thought Young still might go even after the Sweat trade. Previous reports had Rivera owning final say on roster decisions, but it's hard to imagine him being on board with this. Really starting to look like his days are numbered.
  11. I also don't think he's fully healthy. Not sure he has been all season. As to Hurst, recent analysis stated that Adam Theilen being so good in the slot is taking away a lot of the catches that might otherwise go to a tight end. Tremble did well last game, but Tremble isn't so much replacing Hurst as he is Ian Thomas.
  12. If you were to ask a bunch of NFL GMs to evaluate the two, I kinda doubt you'd find many who'd put a higher value on Montez Sweat than Brian Burns, especially given the context of their situations.
