  1. So we shouldn't draft a quarterback until we're absolutely the worst team in the league? Yikes, dude
  2. Better point would be that there's no such thing as a "wide receiver scout". Scouts work geographic regions, not positions.
  3. Until Tepper starts actually making the football decisions, that's a dumb take.
  4. Guys like that typically wind up looking great when they play but missing a lot of time. More often than not, they end up signing with several teams over their career, each time hoping this time they stay healthy.
  5. Sorry, totally off base. The first step of the rebuild they wanted to complete was to get a franchise quarterback to build around. Bryce is the guy they chose. This is how it works.
  6. It was close enough to be uncomfortable.
  7. Deep down, anybody who thinks they already know that doesn't really know much.
  8. That question's been asked a time or two...
  9. You sure about that? I've learned to never underestimate the ability of people to be dumb.
  10. So do those of 30 other teams, apparently. Believe he's already had an injury though. Gotta see if he lasts.
  11. Will even that be enough, though? New owners often have that itch...
  12. Cowboy game.ovwr (has been for a while, honestly). I'm now watching Commanders-Broncos
  13. It wasn't good I don't hate Rivera. Certainly don't wish anything bad on him. But yeah, this might be his last year as a head coach.
  14. What would you expect the staff to say? And frankly, whether you like talking about it being a rebuild or not doesn't mean anything. It still is.
  15. We got the full story about how the picks were made long before the season went bad. McAdoo was the guy talking about Corral from the beginning. General belief was that Rhule didn't really want Corral...or any rookie (he wanted Mayfield). They compromised by drafting a rookie but also getting Baker. So truthfully, Rhule wasn't to blame for Corral, just Mayfield.
  16. Seahawks were barely above 500 last year. The Bucs record was even worse. I'd add regarding the Bucs, you might wanna recheck the score of that second game.
  17. They need to let him have his office back đź«Ą
  18. Against sh-t opponents...yeah. What happened when we played good teams? And yes, if Bryce, et al don't work out, it'll be bad, but the notion that we can infer anything about that from two games is sheer stupidity.
  19. From the article... "the two-time Pro Bowl pass rusher has been asked about something that never felt like a real possibility—a trade" His response: “I ain’t think about it too deeply,” he admitted to reporters on Saturday. “If that’s my story, that’s my story. I can’t really control that. Yeah, that’s all I got to say about that one.” Burns didn't bring it up. it's just a poorly worded headline.
