    Between the use of a racial slur on a scout and general sexual harassment, I feel pretty safe in saying he definitely alienated a pretty solid portion of the fanbase on a deeper level.

    I'm not saying they're going to stop trying. I'm saying it doesn't really mean anything practical, except to them. It's not going to make the team situation any better.

    There are good consultants out there. Whether or not that's who he chooses is another question.

    Not likely, but even if he were successful in such an effort the other owners have the power to kick him out of the league (and they would).

    What does fans feeling good practically accomplish? It'll perhaps benefit people trying to keep their jobs, but it doesn't really mean anything.

    With the offensive line, and even the defense, as beat up as they are now, I'm not sure it makes any difference at all. But perhaps more to the point, winning more games this year doesn't actually provide a whole lot of real benefit outside of pride.

    That's why I say it's not good. Regardless of whether Chark meant it that way, it reads like he's throwing Bryce under the bus.
