Nobody who knows the game thinks Boykin is being signed to be the #2 receiver. He's expected primarily to be signed as a special teams guy, maybe depth, and frankly could wind up just being a camp body. Throw in that free agency isn't over tomorrow. We have plenty of time, and after the initial frenzy the prices tend to go way down.
