    Well, Breer speculates they might, but nobody expects it to be anytime soon. When he was asked in a recent mailbag column where Watson will be playing next year, he said this... In the column linked above, he added... John McClain actually thinks they should talk trade, but acknowledges they're adamant that they're not gonna trade him.

    I said they're not responding to offers or returning calls, and they're not. One reporter (Breer maybe) got that directly from a front office guy with another team who'd made such a call.

    Multiple sources have confirmed they're not listening to trade offers. You can say everybody's lying if you want to but not everything that's said by an NFL team is a lie.

    He's had time to talk to Matt Rhule about Teddy. I'd guess that's all it took.

    Actually, they're not. Multiple sources have reported that while teams are calling them to discuss offers, the Texans aren't listening and they're not returning anyone's calls. All indications are they're pretty staunchly dug in on this.

    Not just the refusal, but also that he actually thought he could get away with something like that. That's a pretty clear indicator of "stupid".

    Interesting tidbit here... There was a report that Watson, through his agent, had said that he wouldn't take part in any of the Texans offseason activities. His agent called bullsh-t. So does that mean he would show up for offseason workouts?

    Seriously. Do these kids think NFL teams are just lining up for the opportunity to hand them millions of dollars?

    If I recall correctly, there was some talk that certain players in this Senior Bowl absolutely crossed themselves off the Panthers list with their attitudes (might have been Phil Snow that said that, not sure). I know there was a report that Rhule asked one young safety to cover a tight end or a receiver and he refused. Rhule isn't gonna talk publicly about those guys, of course.
