  1. Care to post links to the "3 to 4 hours a day" of film you've been watching this past week? Seriously dude, if you're gonna lie to try and look smart, at least try and post something that isn't obviously absolute bullsh-t.
  2. Sewell is my favorite, but he isn't the only first round lineman.
  3. There was discussion a while back that the team might restructure his contract so that instead of him having a 4 million hit this year and an 18 million hit next year, they'd just spread it evenly over the two years (about 11.5 million each). It wouldn't surprise me if that's the "strong plan".
  4. That's not the plan. That was dumbass speculation from Florio (which even he admitted). It's not gonna happen. The team is not that stupid.
  5. Giving up what we did for a one year contract would be a dumbass move.
  6. Josh Norris had us trading the number eight pick to the chargers so that they could take Penei Sewell. Then we take Rashawn Slater at thirteen. Not really a fan of that. I'd rather just take Sewell.
  7. Which also tells me Reuter doesn't know sh-t about the Panthers.
  8. I want a left tackle pretty badly, and if we don't get one I'll be annoyed. But I'm not gonna melt down. I'll do the same thing I do every time the Panthers make a move I disagree with and hope for the best. That said, if a quarterback is on the board at 8 and we don't take him, I agree several people are likely gonna go apesh-t.
  9. Honestly, my biggest head shaker is him thinking Greg Little can start this year. A lot of us don't even believe Little will make the roster.
  10. Not so sure of that. I probably wouldn't have made that trade for us, but the Chiefs are a way better team than us right now.
  11. Chad Reuter has us trading down to #20 with the Bears and taking Alijah Vera Tucker. I don't necessarily have a huge problem with Vera-Tucker, but this is the blurb accompanying the pick. Vera-Tucker can battle third-year player Greg Little for the Panthers' left tackle spot, or slide inside to get the best five players on the field in front of Sam Darnold. Chad Reuter's Seven Round Mock Draft
  12. I seriously doubt this team is looking at trading up for anybody right now.
  13. Nothing close to what the Falcons would ask for.
  14. Somebody's going to make a bigger deal of that than they should. He added context later to say they like more than one quarterback in the top five, as well as several players at other positions.
  15. Fitterer said there are about 155 players on the full draft board.
  16. Specifics from the presser: Fitterer says the Panthers have talked to at least five teams about trading back.
  17. Fitterer has been doing most of the talking.
  18. Previous Panthers DT Woodrow Hamilton is joining the Titans.
