He could conceivably wind up on a Jim Harbaugh coached Bears team. That would likely be interesting.
-
For the record, big believer in Drake Maye. Fan of JJ McCarthy also.
-
Yeah...ouch
-
Ohio State just about always does
-
That's probably the most "star making" path.
-
Maybe a corner who occasionally plays offense?
-
Gotcha. I know he said he's not declaring this year

Offensive Schemes, Running Game & Blocking FYIs

Oh, not everyone. Jqust you, because you nearly always are. And in this discussion, absolutely,.but still slinging the usual bullsh-t -
Will his recruiting involve a trip to Los Angeles to see Mount Rushmore? Don't doubt Shedeur is good. I'm just not sure how good. His dad tinkering with the offensive coaching staff didn't do him any favors. If I'm being honest, more interested in Travis Hunter as a prospect, but we're obviously not going to be in a position to get him.

After Deion recruits an All Star offense?

Somewhere, Tom Jackson is upset...

There's a beyond zero chance that we trade for anybody until the season's over.

He looked really good in the game where the Cowboys were showcasing him. That's still a preseason game, though. Hard to know how seriously to take it.

Also a McCarthy fan but I'm not sure how high he goes. A lot can change over the offseason activities.

Weren't you just talking about "intentionally recreating" what someone else says?! Weird how that happens -

Not confused at all. I understand exactly what you mean. It's just totally wrong. -
Kinda what I mean. It's like quarterback in an Andy Reid system. They may genuinely be that good, but it's harder to tell because the system makes even average quarterbacks look great.

Feel free I know it likely won't have any substance anyway,so... -

Keep trying, dude -
So far he's in the category of "phenomenal athlete, maybe not the best quarterback" for me. Being in a Riley offense probably doesn't help.

Again, about as intelligent or responses I know I can expect And FYI, this is why nobody takes you seriously dude. -
My take... Not that high on Caleb Williams either.

Incomplete. As has been mentioned previously, it's not really fair to blame him for the Rhule era. Specifics at the current reset: The line build was great. The way it's being used right now, not so much. Skill positions an offenser lacking, but you can't do a full rebuild in a single offseason. Defense looks good, but currently decimated by Injuries. So bottom line, I'd need to see another offseason with Reich to have a more informed opinion, but I don't know if we're going to get that or not.
