  1. Young is about as good a passer as you'll find in most drafts. But the concern about his ability to stay healthy in a league of monsters that are fast enough to catch you is real.
  2. I can't speak for Jeremy. For myself, if I start a thread with news that turns out to be fake, I expect it to be locked. Likewise, if I start a thread with news that someone already posted, I expect it to be merged...or locked. None of that's an issue. Today's news just wasn't confirmed until much later, but in the end they were right.
  3. If you're referring to the Richardson thread... ...and it ultimately was fixed.
  4. Seems pretty clear it's fake. And yeah, there's a difference. If you doubt that, try deliberately posting a fake news story and you'll see (to be clear though, I don't think the OP in this particular case was deliberately trying to mislead anyone)
  5. The original source apparently claimed to have seen it there, and the guy above (from BroBible) quoted it. It's a common tactic used by fake Twitter accounts to claim someone said it. Will Kunkel and Sheena Quick have both said it's bullsh-t. Most others haven't even acknowledgement it.
  6. Haven't seen him mocked to us but I've seen him mocked in the top ten more than once.
  7. This is a "stink"? Nah. If the story were true I wouldn't be that bothered by it given the way our front office operates. I wouldn't take it all that seriously either for the same reason. But regardless, if you go to Twitter you can find loads of low level "sources" claiming they saw someone say something on TV to draw attention to themselves. Happens pretty much every day. That's why until I see a more reliable source doing something other than quoting this Twitter account, I'm not buying it. If that pisses you off, why?
  8. Yeah, the one guy who "backed it up" is full of sh-t Like I said, this is how these phony sources work. They claim they saw a legit source say it on TV or radio so it's harder to verify.
  9. Kleiman is generally decent even if most of what he does is just retweet other people's news. I've seen him get fooled before though. A lot of the phony Twitter sites like NFLrums and ML Football have taken to attributing stuff to legitimate reporters to make them sound credible.
