Betting lines honestly don't mean sh-t to me. Betting lines have had our last two coaching hires being Jim Harbaugh or Sean Payton. I do take the beat reporters and the insiders seriously, but what they ultimately have is still just educated guessing. More educated than us, but still guessing.

It's still a hunch, though. For someone to know that it's leaning one way or another, they'd have to have regular insight info of the discussions going on in the building. I don't know if anybody has that much access. (at least not anyone in the outside media)

You do if you're equally happy with two quarterbacks and can get decent compensation.

I think most of us would be happy with either one. We just have a preference one way or the other. Most of the aggravation is likely coming from the few who are dogmatically In favor of or opposed to one of the two and absolutely cannot let anything pass without saying so. The goofballs who simply cannot accept that there's anything negative about their guy or anything positive about the other guy get annoying real fast.

Yes it does make sense... No they hadn't made a decision before they traded up... No they didn't trade up with just one guy in mind... It might wind up being Young but that decision isn't made yet... Actually reading what's been written by people with access to the team would greatly assist you in not getting so many things wrong.

Orlovsky said we talked to him about "a high level position" on the coaching staff but never specified what it was. I've never heard anyone else either confirm or deny it.
