    I've heard that's a common parental sentiment. I've seen an episode of two. It's a quality kid's show.

    I've gotten the impression he was a complete dick on his way in too. (and every day since) Granted, some of the younger generations these days would probably ask for a day off and a safe space after simply watching the opening scene of Full Metal Jacket

    Glengarry Glen Ross type speeches aren't so popular anymore. I had a manager some years back who made a point of saying things like "excuses don't explain and explanations don't excuse" all the time. She liked to push people to the edge Lotta people laughed and high fived when she got fired.

    Back when I was young, NFL coaches and military sergeants had a lot in common. These days, not so much. A lot's changed.

    I've met a number of doctors who are "just cashing checks" regardless of who's writing them. If the Hippocratic Oath were a binding legal agreement, a lot of doctors could be sued for breach of contract.

    Daboll has fallen from grace since his initial season...and fallen hard. Truthfully he kinda screwed us too (unintentionally) because Tepper had us follow his assistant hiring MO and it bombed spectacularly. (kinda like it's doing in New York right now)

    If a guy who gets franchise QB money doesn't live up to it, he's not the one that needs to be embarrassed. The one who gave him that money is.
