  1. If you don't, you can see a clip here: All or Nothing: Ron Rivera gives fiery speech to defense A lot of us were surprised to see that because Rivera hardly ever gave off that kind of vibe. Fast forward to today, and now there's this: Ben Albright confirmed this is not a parody report. I looked up the source just to see, and...yeah. Rivera's tirade was the first thing that came to mind when I saw this story. Yes, it's a different sport, but it's still a professional sport, and I can't imagine the NBA locker rooms (or even the NCAA ones) are exactly obscenity free. Also granted, I was always taught not to curse with ladies present. These days though, plenty of women use just as much foul language as any guy. And again, This is an adult professional competitive sports environment. So does somebody need to sue Rivera now? (no, not Panther fans) Looking at this as someone who got sworn at on a regular basis playing Pee Wee football, all I can say is boy, have things changed. For better though, or worse? You tell me...
  2. I'm honestly not sure which way I see it going.
  3. This... could be a little awward.
  4. Mike Kaye doesn't think so.
  5. And, just to make it even better...
  6. Ouch Richardson has plenty of talent, but availability has been an issue with him thus far. Apparently, it may continue to be one this coming season. That story drew this response... ...which hopefully doesn't jinx us Valid point, though...
  7. It resulted in a conversation I didn't really expect
  8. Editorial control... Some fans might prefer a raw footage, "warts and all" approach over something more team controlled. Of course, you've also got fans (like me) whose only question is "does it involve football?"
  9. My dad once told me (in great detail) about how the most beautiful women he'd ever seen were from New Orleans. I told him that I didn't really care to hear my 60-year-old dad talking about women other than my mom
  10. Basically a hard-nosed, no-nonsense player / coach type working with a colossal football nerd whose spreadsheets could probably tell you what a player's favorite breakfast cereal was at a gven age ("my analysis shows that around age seven or so he started to prefer Cheerios; had a brief flirtation with Corn Flakes but it didn't stick")
  11. Meanwhile, at an OL in the Midwest... That's gotta hurt
  12. How many teams in recent years won championships following that method? It's ben a good trend.
