  1. See I think we are doing a rebuild, even if it's not acknowledged to be so. I know this is where people disagree with me, but that's still my belief.
  2. To be fair, the fanbase has been ready to "watch it all burn" for years. (under Rhule It might have been justified)
  3. Starting with... For as bad as our season has been, we might feel even worse if we were Giant fans given how much they've fallen off from the hopes they built up last year.
  4. I think the bigger deal for me would have been the ability to put off the decision until we saw more of what was going to happen under Reich. That would have required patience though, and neither Tepper nor the fanbase seems to have much of that.
  5. To be clear, I actually started writing this thread during the bye week. Just hadn't posted it till now because my thoughts were still coalescing... Here's one of them. Back during Fitterer's first draft with Rhule, there was a moment in the draft video where Tepper turned to whomever was on the phone and directed them what to say back to another team. I didn't necessarily think that much of it at the time because what he said wasn't that big a deal, but in the wake of Frank Reich's comments about Tepper's involvement that moment came back up. In truth, that's one of the reasons why I started asking questions to begin with.
  6. Tell you what BK, lemme make an alternate suggestion... Suggest that Tepper meet with fans or PSL owners or someone to answer questions. Pretty sure other owners have done that in the past. That might be the better play than just taking out an ad or a billboard.
  7. Can't get on board with dumping Reich this soon... Could only favor letting go of Fitterer If it's known that he overruled or unduly influenced Reich on the draft... The ultimate responsibility still lies with David Tepper.
  8. I have no issue with his wife being part of the business side of things. (hell, I've got no problem with Tepper himself on that front) When it comes to football though...
  9. Don't know that I've ever had a positive opinion on Temper, outside of saying at least he's capable of learning. But to be clear (which I thought I was) I still don't know to what level he's influencing things. That's why I couches my discussions in terms of "if".
  10. Seriously though, what's your updated opinion on Carr?
  11. Reminder: If Irsay would have had his way, Jeff Saturday would still be coaching the Colts. The Athletic story from Zac Keefer detailing the dysfunction of that franchise last year is something to read.
  12. Well we decided to do was basically start over. As far as the trades and such, we likely don't get to the number one spot without them. Throw in that fair or not, Wilks appears to be in danger of getting fired from his DC job.
  13. See, I'd actually favor moving Ickey to LG, trying Moton at LT and plugging someone else in at right tackle. I just don't have any confidence that's going to happen because we've been crying to try Moton at LT for years now and the most we got was like a part of a game from Rivera.
  14. I saw that name a lot over the weekend but I have no idea who he is or what that's about.
  15. I don't necessarily think you need a full page to say that, or at least not a full page of small words. Just put a simple thought or two in huge letters and you likely get the result you want. Mind you though, even if you get his attention I don't know that he's going to listen to anything.
  16. Against poor teams... Said earlier the Tampa game where Mike Evans literally scored on the same play repeatedly pretty much sealed his fate. Wasn't a fan of keeping Al Holcomb as DC either.
  17. I get it but that's where I gotta disagree. You can't get rid of a guy that quick, especially someone out of rookie contract.
