    Gonna be curious who we put out against the Bedard line.

    I usually ride a player until they score, especially when they are coming back from being dinged up, unless I’m really feeling a guy on a particular night/vs a specific team. That said Necas is our hottest scorer currently so not really a gamble.

    Issue is we are 24/23 with Freddie for roster size…

    If anyone will pick him up. Im kind of surprised we haven’t IR’d him knowing he’ll be out at least a month.

    It is Donny wads and Ron though… they could be trying to push up Spencer’s value to send him in a trade(for prospects or picks). But ya, wasn’t sure if he was off rookie status or not.

    With him getting a maintenance morning you’d have think it’s Spencer tonight but we’ll see. Canes media seems to think Spencer.

    Unfortunately it appears it’s just to get Freddie a bigger workload. Also somebodies going to have to move when Freddie comes back we are 23/23 on roster. One of the goalies will be odd man out and it may not be who you’d like.

    That said I think this does indicate Freddie is pretty close to returning.

    That said how many games does Pyotr have left before he looses rookie status? It’s either already gotta be gone or like 1-2 left… could be that we are trying to keep Martin so we may have to send Pyotr down for the time being… not sure how I feel about that though.

    Unfortunately he’s not starting. Pyotr has a maintenance morning, Martin likely to get the start tonight…

    The Hockey Guy, who if you follow him you know he’s watched basically every hockey game for the past 7 years, said last night Martin is not an every night type of guy. He never has been and probably never will be.

    Couldn’t even make it that long. Dang late hockey. Anywho hopefully that’s the spark Svech needs to start ramping up production again.

    NHL have some bad calls(namely call back goals in the playoffs)… but ya NFL(can’t speak to NBA don’t really follow it outside the occasional playoff run) are the worst.
