    I’m disappointed about Bunting, as Rod said he was just really starting to find his way in our system, I think next year he would have excelled. He obviously signed here for a cup chance so I feel for that part too. If Guentzel walks I’m be pretty perturbed.

    Don also confirmed extension was never discussed at any stage with anyone. The hang up was the 1st round and it becoming conditional it sounds like.

    Waddell confirmed/slipped that He has the same oblique injury that svech had this season but they really don’t want to rush him back.

    As we discussed in the other thread. You can’t leave Kuz who doesn’t back check well with Necas, who also doesn’t back check well all the time and leave svech to cover their mistakes. You want Kuz to be creating opportunities for svech. Jarvis provides two way stability to a line with those two. Necas and Drury have also been clicking well. Shouldn’t separate them.

    I think MDC laid it out pretty perfect Jake - Aho - TT Svech - Kuz - Jarvis MSF Noesen - Drury - Necas Good balance and a scary 4th line that can handle second lines in away games in the playoffs.

    You do realize Guentzel isn’t a sniper right? If you were referring to Kuz, same thing though he does spread out a bit more in the dots, not so much in his later years though.
