  1. Or they are trying not to waste his eligibility games.
  2. Dunno I didn’t read the middle pages of the hot button thread.
  3. Oh ya KC would have to lose and Buff win next week. Either way Cincy gets the shaft.
  4. The best case scenario would have been if Denver beat KC last week. Bills forfeit and all three teams are at 12-4. Mini-playoff before the playoffs in week 17.
  5. What’s more is the hit has to occur at the exact few milliseconds on the up T.
  6. Bills aren’t the one that’s get the short end of the stick with that plan. All they have to do under t96’s plan is win next week and they win first. The bengals are by process eliminated though.
  7. Wouldn’t that eliminate the Bengals from 1st place chance at all though? I’m pretty sure in your scenario the best the Bengals could do is .750 while the worst KC could do is .764
  8. It really depends on so many factors and we the public probably won’t know for some time. They will keep him sedated and intubated for at least 24 hours, if not 48-72, even without any other complications to let the body heal, cool off and reset. The biggest concern is that so far the team, nor doctors have added stable to his critical condition status.
  9. There has to be a way they can void the game and not bias the seeding. Off the top of my head that’s difficult to do with KC’s last game already resulting in a win. There is no scenario though I can see that wouldn’t result in a team being artificially seeded though. If KC had lost last Sunday it would have been a lot easier.
  10. There’s a few doctors on YouTube I’ll watch occasionally. It appears the consensus in that medical community is on adults, if you aren’t breaking ribs while doing chest compressions you aren’t doing them right.
  11. I’m wondering if the protection was actually actually a contributing factor here. He was moving pretty fast after medical got to him which means his heart was restarted, but since they continued CPR I’m guessing his lung weren’t functioning properly. Same risk of brain oxygen deprivation applies. I’m wondering if the should pad unit exasperated the hit/preserved the hit position on his chest causing even more internal pressure that may have collapsed one or both lungs. I am no medical professional so this is purely speculation.
  12. Yep. I did manage to find a high enough quality clip that I think was after the first commercial. It was before the ambulance showed up, that definitely showed him move his arm under his own power. Which makes me optimistic they got his heart restarted in the proper window.
  13. 9 minutes without consistent oxygen to the brain is something people don’t easily come back from. Hopefully when they try and wake him up from the medically induced coma there is something left. Absolutely brutal. I hope he pulls through.
  14. We have a plethora of picks this year. Enough we could probably conceivably trade for a second(maybe even third) first round if we wanted to.
  15. Honestly, darnold has shown some growth. Not starter growth but stop gap playoff birth growth. Id really like us not to focus on a QB this draft and instead put all of the pieces around them in place. Unless there is a cam/mahomes candidate in this draft. I feel like this is how even good draftees go to die. They don’t have a good coach/OL or supporting body.
  16. Tepper fired him. There is no way he comes back.
  17. This is more of a just where we are now. Without any moves this offseason. I haven’t seen improvement like this since, at least what I feel, since our last trip to the playoffs.
