    I’m pretty sure Doug was the most excited guy in the stadium(outside of Fasty). Might need stumpy to do his best Doug impression.

    Really hoping Freddie travels with the team. As much as I want to give Raanta another start gotta let the old father Finn rest a game or two.

    I don’t see us sitting Stepan. He’s been serviceable these two games, and Rod is clearly valuing his playoff experience over Pools size.

    That’s what we need and I don’t mean this in a bad way but he’s expendable. If we need someone to drop the gloves he can do that no problem without loosing a top line guy. I’d rather see us start him over pool.

    Was hoping for Pono. But I’m guessing we move drury to 1 and put MacEachern/Pool on 4.

    He must have already been hopped up on pain killers because he didn’t show it at all that entire shift.

    I want to see a longer clip of the turbo injury. Because he’s definitely skating to finish the play. I’m guessing when he went to take his glove off is when the pain started.

    It’s pretty clear from this that islanders made that self inflicted to try and get a penalty. Also, I fully expect the refs to call every little thing they can on us Friday.

    Since bunting got 3 games, the player that hit Staal last night should definitely get 2.

    Canes are the only team in the playoff to win two at home to start.

    Also we better pay Fasty next year, ya he doesn’t get a lot of goals, but the dude grinds better than almost anyone in the league.

    Biggest win in this game, we didn’t give into them trying to draw us off. Between the whistles boys between the whistles.

    He didn’t exit. He firmly blocked off Raanta’s skate. You could see him readjust at the end in slow-mo.
