    putting this here too for people that are still having issues with the Bally App. Reset the app from your phone or computer on a browser not the Bally application, go to manage devices in your account page, delete what ever you were using the application via and re-log in/authenticate on your TV or phone app via the www.ballysports/activate link. That’s what worked for me.
