Unfortunately missed the game, but it sounds like we had a reset we probably needed. As for trades, I don’t think it’s gonna happen bud. We just dropped 1.3 million for a 6th round pick to a playoff contender.

The TV ref was “the teams will be able to shorten the bench, so much hockey” paraphrasing, proceeds to start mentioning it every 20 seconds and counting the clock down. Like dude, talk about the fuging hockey. Not who’s going to be traded where or how many commercials were going to have before the end of the period.

Fair enough, but when trip does it he’s like “fug ya uninterrupted play!” “But we’ll have to take a break”. The announcer on the broadcast was essentially begging for a stoppage. I was loving the 14 uninterrupted minutes of hockey.
