Luckily rods actually doing a full practice in an hour.

Oh, I could care less about the division. What I do care about is home ice in a potential Stanley Cup given our track record in the west. Last night was a huge set back. But ya we really do need to take care of business going forward.

You can see when teams are serious against us because they put a man on the middle of the boards on each side to interrupt forecheck cycle. Difference was we didn’t come to play in the first. They did. One unlucky bounce for them and half a dozen for us was the game. Can’t even blame the refs anymore. It’s been 18 or something games the opponent gets more power plays than us in a row. I knew we weren’t getting one from 30 minutes on barring some sort of injury on the play. Refs called it like playoff hockey. Gotta find a way to out maneuver these teams. Team better get their heads on straight for Thursday if they want any hope of winning the division they gotta win out essentially.

One thing I want to point out. Im pretty sure Pyotr never dropped his stick last night.

I’d go Gunz - Aho - TT Svech - Kuz - Jarvis Martinook - Staal - Fast Noesen - Drury/KK - Necas In a game like this the Staal line needs Fast. I hate to say it, Jarvis did jack poo tonight.

One bounce was basically the game.

Well obviously it was tongue in cheek but not from the broadcast. KK line > Aho > Kuz > Staal for overall offensive play and general play. Fast needs to go back on the Staal line for games like this, he was real Fast today and probably our best forward on the ice overall. Rod needs to put Gunz and Kuz on different lines for now too. Give them time to adjust.

Also if Tripp said power play or Shane said they will get rewarded one more time I was gonna flip my poo. Their player was literally laying on the puck and then tried to paw it back tripped Skjei and then held his stick. I think it was fuging Fox. I’m not sure.

I don’t like them on a line together right now, both are so concerned about learning scheme and defense they couldn’t generate any offense and Necas was losing his mind.

The rangers knew our lanes and were clogging them all night.

My point is Rod should have split them up. You could tell Necas was frustrated, Gunz should be with Aho and TT. Kuz was good but he needs more conditioning. If we had Bunt’s and Drury I think that would have been a win just based off chemistry. These lines clearly were not working against Igor.

Fugging one unlucky bounce.

We need to shorten the bench to the KK and Aho lines the other two aren’t doing jack poo.
