I’m in that boat. I just want to see us win some close games, make progress. Enjoy watching and hoping our defense isn’t going to be as ass as I think it’s going to be this season. And that’s not offense to our new DC, I just don’t think we have the pieces to execute this year. And yes from everything I’ve heard about Bryce I think his nickname should be Cerebro.

That’s one of the biggest reasons I couldn’t get on board with Rhule from the get go. You can’t bring a premade “brand” to a team. Yes you can bring your coaching style, your play style and all that. That comes with the territory. But a team(and by team I mean the current iteration of players, coaches, etc.) identity/brand has to be found by the team during its progression.

Stop making me actually look forward to Sunday! Damn I’m about ready for some football.

So maybe it wasn’t Tepper trying to erase the teams past after all.

Belief and reality are often a long ways apart when it comes to day of ACL scans. Either way no way he’s playing Thursday on a hyper extended knee.

Umm yes? Even though the team that was called would still be pissed. It at least adds an air of transparency for the other 30 teams and the fans. Stop hiding behind the NHL. Make your case.

So ya, most of it had Rhules finger prints all over it. Fitterer kind of feels like a pushover though we’ll see what kind of moves come down the pipeline this year as it progresses. Specifically how our other draft picks perform. It’s hard to GM a college coach used to having everything his way.

Not really. We could always trade Burns during the season to a contender that needs a pass rusher for decent value. Probably not two first rounds but still decent.

I think though temper it for now. Their QB was what 114qb rating, 30/36 or something like that. Sounds like the secondary is shaky.

I wasn’t really sure what the difference is on difficulties. I know “balanced” was the early access difficulty which I had played through a couple different times so I figured tactician would be the most true to current D&D edition. Not that I’m a big fan of 5e personally but to each their own. It just starts to break after a) to many magical items or b) 12th level(no wonder they capped bg3 at 12th). I’m much more of the insane number crunching and true character flexibility of 3.5e. That was not the goal with 5e though. I get it. More casuals = larger fan base = more $$$. That said I guess they do give some buffs, 30% health to enemies, and other stats on tactician.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. Act 3 needs a lot of polish still but it’s serviceable and not nearly as buggy at least in my experience as some say. Nearly through my tactician run. Rocking my Dwarf Barbarian, Karlach, Astarion and Shadowhart. Lowish magic build. There’s only been 2 fights that have really been an issue for a low magic/AoE build.
