Most commentators I’ve heard think svech is 4-6 weeks. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s longer though. Also Rod did not tip his hat on the goalie. I’m almost wondering if they are going to send Pyotr out there again even though it’s a back to back. Walt’s bet is Raanta though.

Ya that’s my biggest concern. He’s a hard player and position to replace. We’d have to shop out of house at a large price to replace him.

Ya, I don’t see him really having a spot here in the end. He definitely could become a 3/4 center elsewhere. I think here at least for the foreseeable future he’s a 4. He’s definitely improving though.

Ya he’s not you’re right. He’s on IR through the weekend per THG. I saw him in a redwings practice video without a non contact and didn’t realize he was still on IR.

I’m still pissed at Zdana for that. The dude has become an excellent human since he retired but he completely fugged svech in that game. I wouldn’t put it past him from making the divot in the first place. Zdana is going all in for charity now. It’s commendable.

Is he talking about the hamstring in the bubble after he hit a divot and was cross checked by Zdana resulting in him rolling his ankle? I can’t remember a time between that point and the ACL he missed any significant time.
