I like Necas… I guess this is just another down year but I feel like he’s a situation where he could go to another team and scheme and put up 30+ goals and 70+ points a year. It just feel like he’s disconnected. He’s not playing well with a team first team. He’s missing passes and moves because he’s going at his own speed. I’d be fine to trade him, bring up FUS next year, ya I know skipping Pono and Suzuki is a gamble, but they are both big time slots that could be traded too. I’d keep Pono over Suzuki. on Necas he’s not grinding the puck either. That’s a big no in rod land. He’s always slack or moving to a position for a break away, when clearly the game is transitioning in the opposite direction. He’s not a 2 way player though. Never has been probably never will be. We are 2 way players built…

I will say the guy in the video makes excellent points… but Tepper was already bit in the ass by two guys saying exactly what he’s saying. We need a legit coach, that says, you want to play here, your skill, ability and work ethic shows it or you are out. Even luvu and young. I hate to put it like this, but we need a proper dick at coach(ya I watched too much South Park today). Not some wanna be flaccid asshole dick like Rhule or nice guy dick like Reich who realized how poo the organization was after the fact. But a proper business first, win first, your ass is grass coach.

If he loses and walks. Videos point stands correct. Not that I even want him. We need a solid DC as HC and a mastermind young guy as OC. At look at it as I mentioned above. 1 year. Show us what you got. It’s a throw away years anyways. He loses, on to the next guy, he wins? Great! Who did fug cares if Tepper has to pay HIS pocket change out his ass and fug with the “natural order of the NFL”. It’s a win either way.

I’m fine with 15 million… for a 1 year contract. Progress or bust. Tepper paying these coaches far above average for multi year contracts has got to stop. Not only from a fans perspective but from an organizational perspective. We all make fun of Tepper for it. But at the end of the day. It’s basically our worth at this point as a team.

I think they are trying to bring some two way speed for Staal and to get a look at Jarvis on the shutdown line. Ya, I know Martinook and Fast are some of the fastest skaters in the league but they aren’t no spring chickens anymore either.

At that point it wouldn’t be an emergency recall but a regular recall and he’d be eligible for 10 games/30 days cumulative(roughly a Freddie hopefully). Until Thursday there are no regular recalls. Which basically we are stashing/burying Raanta’s NHL cap in the minors, until either Freddie is or Freddie isn’t.

Again I still call bullshit. They can do it Thursday. They cannot right now. Our FoH doesn’t tend to leak these details either. He’s obviously back in Raleigh for Christmas with his fam. But, there is no combination of situations(unless there is a way obscure rule) where he can be emergency recalled. He could be recalled Thursday at 12:01 AM local time with a corresponding move for Perets. But what you posted from Xhitter is just not possible until 12:01 on Thursday.

Oh and we aren’t close to the Cap Emergency recall rule. And because it’s a full movement freeze we can’t send Perets down to call someone else up.

You mean Raanta and I suspect it’s BS. Only emergency game recalls allowed until Thursday. We have two healthy goalies(unless Pyotr is put on IR), thus we cannot emergency recall a goalie. Like it or not either Pyotr is playing a back to back or Perets gets a game. Frankly, I’d like to see Perets get a game. Our defense(forwards and defensemen) usually plays much better when they think they have to protect the net more.
