Holy poo, I am not envious of the devils. 11/18 starters have at least nagging injuries, with a majority of them having major injury. Apparently Chicago is even worse off.

And Pono is back to the wolves.

We are still only 5 behind though, rags get Vancouver in town tomorrow so do the isles the next day. So we will be only 1GP ahead of most teams after this little break(two GP ahead of Washington still). Hopefully Vancouver can do us a solid vs. both NY teams.

Though I kinda do wanna watch to see if Tepper behaves himself in the box this time, or even shows up.

I was not happy with rods order of shooters besides burns though. Burns is a good lead off man. I really would have liked to see svech and Pono though. TT and Marty man were iffy in the slots they were picked. Also, I love Aho but that may have been his first goal on the S/O in a few years, he’s not a safe bet on the S/O but he paid off this time. 3v3 and S/O are where we really miss Necas.

I will say this, their goalie won them that game. He is legit. Also the hockey gods were not on our side with bounces. I agree with Rod that I’m happy they didn’t call a poo ton of penalties. Though if they had given us more PP’s we would have won easy.

Which is weird cause it used to be one of our strongest areas. Even just last year, S/O too.

Why PP? We have been playing hard and Raanta is actual Raanta again. 5v5 goal!

Aho, Svech and burns gotta turn on the 5v5 jets to get that point…
