Bad teams find ways to lose.

I still watch. When I first moved to North Carolina, on Sundays you'd turn on the tv and be forced to watch the national game or the redskins or dolphins. Then we got a team and I have seen almost every single game. My ego isn't caught up in how the team does so I don't care if they win or lose, they are my team.

That's a great punchline.

Because they want to find some blame for all the losing. Right now it's the one thing that can't be disproved. People were wanting Rhule and Reich fired. Then wehn he does, he's a meddling owner.

I'm going to say this year we would win. Our defense is better and with Wilke's one-sided offense if you stop the run you win. It's funny to hear people praising Sam Darnold now like he was good. Our pass defense was suspect last year and the Bucs showed us how bad it was. As goodnas you imagine that 2022 team to be we only scored 6 more points vs the Bucs with the playoffs on the line and gave up 30. We barely beat the Saints by scoring 10 points. The only advantage Wilkes would have is that he wouldnt let Darnold throw it twice in a row with 1 yard to gain.

First, I think the reason he tried to get Reich to go outside his circle was tied to his experience with Rhule hiring everyone who had played or coached with him. Second, Reich had to be fired. Yes, there are other coaches who lost too, but the team showed no improvement on offense, in fact it regressed or at the very least stagnated. They were as cohesive as a cubist painter on an acid trip and none of the rushing, blocking or passing concepts seemed to fit together. It wasn't who was calling or running the plays, it's the plays and schemes themselves. If Bryce's footwork was a problem, that should have been addressed in training camp. Not trying to learn some anemic offensive system. Let's not forget the amount of false start penalties. Something was definitely wrong with the system. That's the head coach's responsibility. Frank was brought in the help bring an offensive identity to the Carolinas. That identity was not supposed to be The Three Stooges. Starting Sanders over Hubbard should be reason enough to fire the coach. But we just kept sticking with it.

He is not elite. He is good. He really only has his speed technique. That's enough to get him numbers, not enough to be dominant DE or LB.

I think it's because we only needed one yard and threw it 2x. Chubba was running like a man on fire and we decide to throw it 2x.

And guess what. He lost. The veteran pass receiver got two TDs against the worst passing defense in the league at the time and one TD was a broken coverage. Reguardless of what Frank's offense is, it wasn't working.

He hasn't been given head coaching opportunities anywhere else. It might be his personality or he might be needed as a DC more. Who comes in to replace him?

I don't think Campen is inept. He doesn't call the plays. I think the inability to help the OLine by the play caller has made them look worse than they are. The team just looks out of sync between the Line, the RBs and the passing game. IMO, the scheme is hurting everyone on offense.

Reich was fired because the team was 1-10 and did not show any signs of improvement over 11 games. At no time did we go max protect, we'd go empty back sets on critical downs and our scheme just wasn't working. Sometimes players produced in spite of it. How about Deuce explaining why his back is running the wrong route and almost interfered with a 4th down catch by Theilen? There is a lot of bad coaching all around and none of it looked in sync. That's a head coach's responsibility. instead, he was worred about play calling.

Mingo isn't a bad pick. Dell is a whole different level and one we could have used. The drawback on Mingo is that he plays like a rookie and the offense needs a game changing receiver, which he isn't.

Winning will fix everything.

Tank Dell isn't just better than Mingo, he's better than any receiver on our team. He makes the defense account for him.

It could have been a playoff team, but it wasn't.

Bryce is a rookie in a bad situation. That's about what you can read into it.
