  1. I think Shi just won the lottery. Of course, Jennings has been making a lot of noise at camp, and Saunders and Wright are always on the fringe of making the roster. So who knows.
  2. I love a WR with a skinny ass...and hate a woman with one!
  3. If so, could be a career ender for a 30 year old WR who's known as a "speed guy".
  4. Bye bye Birdie. I hate it for him, I've always routed for the guy. I had him being the 6th WR making the roster.
  5. We really need him to develop as a pass catcher! He was seldomly used that way at Notre Dame, but doesn't mean he can't learn.
  6. James Campen as well, but they were definitely exceptions to the Rhule Ironically, (or maybe not) these 2 exceptions were kept around by the new regime. Reich recognizes talent.
  7. On 3rd and long, Burns and Houston are obviously on the field. Johnson and YGM are bigger bodies to put against the run. Haynes was a shoo-in prior to his injury. A lot of young guys fighting for a few spots. I hope they all get a good look the next 3 weeks.
  8. Same here, but I like that Rowe can play all over the secondary. Also, I thought we cut Deonte Brown already. I was surprised to see him on the roster.
  9. If you found last season funny, I bet you giggle your butt off at SPCA commercials.
  10. A rap battle between Olsen and Ked would be epic!
  11. question is...did you pass those digits to the Topcats?
  12. lightning fast, big black cats, Panthers kickin ass...
  13. Erving does seem to play (slightly) better on the left, but I hope we don't need him to take many snaps (if he makes the roster). That's the kind of thing that could wreck a season.
  14. long term, I agree. Mid-game, I think you bring in Cam to finish it out. I've never been a fan of moving your starting G to T (or C, for that matter) as it weakens 2 spots on the line. FWIW, I think Mays mainly played RT at Tenn.
  15. I may have missed something, but has Jensen been taking meaningful snaps at tackle? I see Irving as a mid tier veteran swing tackle, and had him making the roster and hopefully never playing. I think BC and Mays can back up LT and RT respectively, but I've never been a fan of moving a starting guard to be a backup tackle because it weakens 2 positions. And as of right now, those are our 2 starting guards (until Corbett comes back).
  16. Dang! He ate Dalton's lunch last year. 9.5 sacks in 2022 and he missed 3 games!
  17. No Zavala? He's on the mend. He'll be practicing in the next few days according to Reich. I don't know much about Coleman, I admit.
  18. Make sure you watch this clip with the sound on. Camera man is dead on!
  19. A good ole fashion week 2 @$$ whoopin!
  20. I expect DE and CB in the 2nd and 3rd next year (no 1st), based entirely on team needs. We likely play FA WR again like we did this year. Shenault and Chark are FA's in 2024, if one of them balls out, we likely try to extend them. We have a 4th, 2 5ths and a 6th. Gonna be hard to land a WR that late that immediately makes an impact. Of course if Mingo is the beast I hope he can be, this becomes moot.
  21. Hats off to Charlotte vibe guy for finding a dang tree to stand under during interviews!
