  1. He warned us not to watch, SMH.
  2. I feel for Kirkwood. Here's a big bodied WR with Brady and Rhule connections, who has been injured twice in camp. He was on he fringe to begin with, and this could be it for his career.
  3. To be fair, Robby is a lot harder to cover than Hyman. #11 pushes him off and comes back for an easy catch if not held.
  4. Matt Rhule, walking to practice: “I want it to rain. What better thing in the world than to play football in the rain? Of course, I don’t have to play.” I love my coach.
  5. Burris might not be great, but I'm not sure I like the idea of rolling with what's behind him. Won't claim to have looked, but from what I understand his contract isn't all that expensive. FYI:
  6. Yeah, I think Elflein or Daley are the plan going into camp, but Christensen may just beat them out by week 1. Nothing really to support that yet, but he was drafted to vie for starting LT, so I have to think the talent/athleticism is there. Having seen film on Scott, Elflein, and Erving, nothing about them screams franchise starter. Daley is a wild card, because we really haven't seen that much from him due to injuries (both his, and being forced out to LT because of other's injuries).
  7. This guy is getting a lot of camp hype. He could be 3rd RB, 6th WR, KO returner, and gunner. That is the kind of versatility you need in a bottom of the roster guy.
  8. week 1: Erving, Christensen, Paradis, Miller, Moton My fondest wish: Moton, Elflein, Paradis, Miller, Christensen. having bookend tackles locked down for years to come is a fantasy I almost dare not dream.
  9. Not trying to turn this into another of those threads, but I really hope Darnold and Horn play their asses off this season.
  10. I immediately loaded the old John deere in the truck and went to cut his damn grass! I wasn't getting on his bad side!
  11. Tell her to use that damned cowgirls blanket she put on your bed to dry her tears! then duck.
  12. Also, being from Wilmington, I can attest that is hotter than 2 squirrels fugging in a wool sock.
  13. So many things fall into judging linemen, scheme, who's lined up beside them, etc. BUT, when I was watching Darnold film from last year, Elflien passed the eye test as a good guard IMO.
  14. That's a tall order for week 2 of Horn's rookie season. It'll be frikin awesome when we play them week 16! Best showdown since Norman vs OBJ (hopefully without the blatant disregard for safety).
  15. As I said in another thread earlier, we SHOULD beat them even with Thomas with everyone they lost since last season, but this certainly makes it easier. Just like losing Julio makes ATL a weaker team.
