  1. I really like having Dalton as a backup. He had a really good career as a starter (other than always choking in the playoffs), and still has some juice in the tank if needed to step in and win a game here or there. We got him for 2 years for $10M, which is a bargain IMO. Hopefully Bryce and Corral will both learn plenty from him. I still hope he make Bryce tote his shoulder pads to practice though lol.
  2. Wel, he has been a panther since Bryce was 8 years old.
  3. Shaq, Burns, Moton, Jackson maybe - JJ, Brown, Young, Bozeman, Luvu
  4. Wright is continuing to get a lot of praise in OTA's. I didn't have him on the depth chart at all a month ago.
  5. We had to re-sign Jordan and Erving so that he'd have someone to get shitkicked behind.
  6. IKR?? Burns is a beast, and they have a lot of expectations for TMJ, but 2 back ups front and center? And Shenault is wearing the wrong #. Honestly, there's no one on offense (other than linemen, who never look cool) to put out there. Chinn, Horn and Brown would have been good choices on D.
  7. Maybe, but you can never have too much talent in the trenches. Personally, I don't get all the BC hate. I think he was solid playing beside a rookie LT and Eflein for the first 6 weeks. He sure passes the eyeball test; go back to the Ickey Film room thread and focus in on BC, he's playing lights out.
  8. Agreed, whether we're in a 3-4, a 4-3, or something else, I think Chinn finds a spot on the field.
  9. That's because they all plagiarize from one another instead of doing research. All it takes is on "respectable" source to say something and they all regurgitate it.
  10. Damn that, I have to go over on this. We won 7 games last year in a turd tornado. Also, I'd put down a couple of hundred for us to take the NFCS at those odds. ATL is the only competition I see there.
  11. Fug the Saints and Fug Goodell too!!
  12. That must be 1 hell of a beach house to get him on the roster!
  13. Exactly! Plus Dalton signed a 2 year $10M contract that is essentially a 1 year $6M contract and is a 36 year old man with > $100M career earnings. You gotta imagine that retirement crosses his mind on a daily basis. If we really need a roster spot, we can stash him on the practice as a protected player.
  14. I doubt that the NFCS produces a wildcard team. 9-10 wins will likely take the division. Out of curiosity, who do you think wins the NFCS?
  15. He played right guard in Campen's system and Corbett won't be back any time soon. This guy's a camp body while the new guys learn.
  16. Makes him a perfect camp body while our 2 (current) starters continue to rehab.
