The more I look at this game the more I wonder how the Panthers will fair. The Texans defense is good and I give them an edge over the Panthers. I think the Texans win pretty comfortably but I hope the Panthers win. The Patriots need the Panthers to win so they can get a Wildcard spot for the playoffs.

Saw this, had to come say I hate seeing it. Funchess and Olsen are going to have to come up big. Hang tough Panther fans.

well, point taken but why respond at all? great, we were beat by the patriots a lot. i hope that changes, i think everyone wants that to change. who wants the patriots winning more, though, i would love to see goodell hand the trophy to brady after winning the superbowl next year. actually, i said 15 years they have owned us. before that it was in the bills favor. secondly, we've owned ya'll... so there is that. see you all next time the bills/panthers play.

i am pretty certain he was lined up against a piece of yarn tied to a staple... so there's that. that was some of the worst OT play i've ever seen.

why? we beat them last year with Brady in and were showing dominance when they benched him... and are still much better then years past. it is not like they have not been a dominant force in the nfl for a while. it helps when they cheat, also. no other team has been as dominant in the last 15 years as the NE Patriots.

well, we nearly had 4 all pro's. it's not that laughable, it is worth mentioning. Mario Williams gets no love, but watch him this season and see he is the prototype DE. Jerry Hughes is the little man on the big man line. He destroyed Joe Thomas last year. Kyle Williams and Marcel Dareus are amazing. PFF Ranks K Williams performances among those of some of the best DT's in league history and Dareus is going to get Suh like money. You just don't know his name because he does not stomp on people.

you heard that because dehaven was a buffalo bills special teams coach for a very very long time. 16 years. Was there for XVI and the Home Run Throw Forward. DeHaven even spent hours coaching against the Titans doing just that the week before. DeHaven is very respected in Buffalo and will make your ST unit good.

ideally, if he can be your #3 WR, maybe #4 you are going to be set up well. You have Benjamin. You get yourself a #2 that is solid and you can play Olsen or a #3, either way, you are putting Funchess against a nickel or dime back, maybe even a LB. In that case Funchess will win the matchup 9 times of 10. Him being a rookie and unpolished I worry about him over the middle. Cam throws high, one bad throw and Funchess not knocking it down would be an INT all day. Either way, if he can be your #3 WR - which he should be able to do - he is going to play in this league a long time. He will be the one you find at a clutch moment, you watch, you wait.

these wr's are jumping a lot. i mean, it's working but i hate seeing that in preseason. i don't know if these guys are likely to make it or not, but jeez, risking getting hurt right now?!

ah, i mean, who could imagine have 3 all pro's on the DL? Who could imagine 3 guys with 10+ sacks? who could imagine having an under appreciated DE named Jerry Hughes who was about to be cut from the Colts and then traded to Buffalo for Kelvin Sheppard. Who could have such a line? :D

Bills Returner Marquise Goodwin comes up limping after taking a knee on the final kickoff... the guy is made of glass but he's pretty fast.

you're going to like him. he won't be a flash in the pan, necessarily but his body of work en masse should be enough to make you happy. remember, he was a project when drafted by most accounts i saw him plenty because i like the ohio state university - meaning i saw michigan too much.

they just said newton was 4-4 on the cbs feed for the panthers. no he was 4-6. one was a gilmore break up. the other was a misfire over the middle. who the heck keeps track of that? they're idiots.

its preseason, as long as no one on either team gets hurt i could not care less about the outcome or 99% of the plays. that one percent i care about? just the opening and 2nd half kickoff. just something about that moment.

benjamin is almost always a mismatch on a jump ball, but our starting and arguably best CB is PUP'd. Leodis McKelvin, former 1st rounder is not playing. Darby is playing in his position, despite being practiced mostly inside.

no. we don't. our starting LG is Incognito. He is out. Eric Wood is the OC, mediocre by most accounts, some say better. it is debatable. tonight at left guard is a below average Kraig Urbik. good for depth LT is underrated Cordy Glenn entering a contract year. he was picked before John Martin and the bills were ridiculed for it- he has started every game at LT since. right side is a rookie john miller and 2014 udfa seantrell henderson.

weird penalty calling. i get the helmet coming off... but the rest is sort of concerning. i hope it gets better during the regular season. so abotu that carolina D. are you concerned?
