  1. Let's hear them! Here is mine: Carolina trades #8 to the eagles for #12, #37, next year second. Eagles select one of Waddle/Smith/Fields Panthers select Rashawn Slater, or Waddle depending on who is there. But wait, the panther are not done, they leverage pick #37 and #73 and #113, to move back into the first round and select to everyone bain, Caleb Fairley. It was said here first boys, buckle up.
  2. I'm gonna go bold and say the Panthers trade back and take a tackle, then trade up into the end of the first round and take a CB.
  3. Looks like he changed it to Darrisaw, the mock isn't bad, but I would change the second round pick to cb/s/or wr
  4. It's a wonder that he's unemployed. Such an eye for talent.
  5. I like the first two picks a lot. Sad Moore goes a few picks earlier, but Toney is intriguing too. I'm all about giving Darnold everything he needs to succeed. In this case, awesome left and right tackles in Sewell and Moton, an All Pro RB who can catch out of the backfield, and 3 solid receivers. That's how you give a QB a chance to grow. If Sewell is gone, I almost lean towards Waddle then grabbing your lineman in the second, but I would be thrilled if the draft looked like this before going into the third day.
  6. A lot of national media are starting to move back to Justin Fields to San Fran.
  7. Curious why this is. What do you think is scaring people away from Fields?
  8. If it's Fields at 8, I would run to the podium, take him, and then crack a bottle of my finest wine. If it's Lance, who is at least a year away, I take the OT or WR and roll the dice with Darnold. Then I still crack my finest wine and relax.
  9. There is a love affair for trading down every year. I personally don't want to, I think after the top 10 players of every draft it's a crap shoot, but that's just me.
  10. Dallas - 10 and 41 for 8 Only player though I see them jumping for is Pitts, so it's unlikely.
  11. Blows my mind that Wilson and Jones might get picked over this guy.
  12. To be fair, I don't watch a ton of tape on these players, but Waddle's numbers dropped every year, even as Bama's offensive production went up. On the other hand Smith's production went up every year. I think I would prefer Smith or Chase over Waddle. Waddle reminds me a bit of that Clemson receiver that came out a while ago, he ended up just being a return specialist. Just my observation.
  13. Obviously you are in the know Verge. In a crazy scenario where 5 qbs and a lineman and Pitts go. Waddle or Chase?
  14. I feel like the stars show what I mean. Out of 31 deep passes, 27 were a tight window, as compared to 4 in an open window. That means a staggering 89% of his deep passes were thrown to a heavily covered receiver. This as compared to say, Tannehill or Bridgewater, per say, who saw tighter cover more in the 75% range... I just think there is more to it the success, than just numbers. But I'm a half glass full kind of guy, so I'll gladly own it if my excitement ends up being misplaced.
  15. Great research. Thanks for putting this together. I'd be curious to see the same metrics from a receiving standpoint, as play design, open targets, wr receiver win rates, etc might tell a story too.
  16. Watch that to see just how much time he had to process anything.
  17. Israel Mukuamu in the 4th, tall lots of talent.
  18. Smokescreen, trying to get some one to trade up in front so more blue chip options drop to us. That's my story and in sticking to it.
  19. 1. Sewell/Slater, T 2. Randol moore, wr 3. Aaron Robinson, Cb
  20. I think one time will trade out for the QB hungry team.
  21. Def get you, I'm happy with either lineman, but I love Chase. Did is awesome.
  22. Honestly would love to see chase fall.
