Literally the only teams has played starters so far this week are the Patriots (who played no starters preseason week 1) and the Bills (who played 1 series). Every other team that has played so far this week has started back ups. Your the one who needs to open eyes and pay attention.

I think we will be picking up some cuts from other teams at OL or TE before all is said and done.

Honestly, I think that fumble ruined his night, he was having a decent outing until then. That when back up back ups came in.

I think when our 1s and 2s play we have significantly out played our opponents, our 2s played New England's 1s to a draw. I think we will contend for a playoff spot and that people are letting last season and their complete hatred for Rhule cloud what is really happening on the field.

I mean, besides our bottom of the roster guys, the team has looked pretty good this preseason. I'm slightly shocked at the overreaction on the board after that game last night. Our 2s dominated their ones, all of who played well into the second quarter, and we had a 3rd string QBs, and back end of the roster WRs playing. I mean Kieth Kirkwood was a starter, he isn't even going to make the team.

Personally, I think they got this evaluation wrong and should have gone after Howell. But we have what we have. Luckily he doesn't have to be ready today, he can learn on the bench for a year or, provided Baker "balls out", as they say, it won't matter cause we will extend him.

Matt might have a broken foot at this point, so it may be moot.

Rhule has been consistent that he wasn't going to name a starter until after this week. I imagine the announcement will come soon. Relax.

Dang, don't read into the negative nancies here. 2nd string D dominated the pats starters for the first quarter and a half. Second strong O minus ickey and Brady also played decent against their ones. Couldn't finish the drives, but overall very optimistic in my mind.

I thought it was quite complementary since he spent the majority of the game complaining about washington getting dominated.

On the subject of Matt's performance though, I wonder how much him being rattled had to do with that hospital ball he through that took Kirkwood out. He seem to becomes much less decesive after that throw, like he couldn't put it behind him. Just some thoughts after review.
