  1. I mean, I can almost guarantee if Andy Dalton, the actual back up QB was out there, we would have looked a world different. Jack was that lost the whole game.
  2. Plummer was bad man. Yes, he took 5 sacks, but at least 3 of them happened because he held the ball forever and could have at least made through aways. You can't be too tough on him though, I mean he was an undrafted QB who really was very average in college too. His measurable's are awesome, but man, he's got a long way to go in just game sense and understanding the position. It will be interesting to compare him and Joe Milton (who I really wanted us to take in the late rounds) to Spencer Rattler (Who I also would have loved for us to take a flyer on) when he plays. All older players who dropped stock with rough final seasons in college.
  3. My thought is that the defense looked really good overall. I mean it was the backup and the back up back ups for most the game - and they held tough on the Patriots starting line nicely. The only patriot score up till 4th Qtr came when the Pats started on the Panthers 30 yard line. And that was a great concentration catch by Bouette where the coverage was really tight. If that ball is any lower, it might have been a pick. So lockdown coverage and run defense. Was really impressed. Offense, man the two drops killed any Rhythm to start the game. Mingo's in particular was really bad. But the WR play was sloppy on both ends and I attribute a lot of that to that crazy downpour. I expect we'll see better WR play next week. On Offense, Jack Plummer really held the team back. He looked like an undrafted rookie from a middling team in college. He looked lost, held on to the ball forever, took a few just really bad sacks where he should have had the ball out. It was amazing when Luton, who has had 2 whole days to practice on the team, immediately looked more competent. I expect if Andy started that game, we would feel a lot differently. With all that said, I'm not to concerned after this game, if when they play a few more starters and more competent QB next week, we look the same, then I'll chalk it up as the lostest of lost seasons.
  4. Dropped passes, but it was heavy run in the first quarter. The bigger driver of suck was just how long Jack Plummer held on to the ball, missed reads, no mobility. He was rough, it was like a immediate difference when Luton came in.
  5. He knows two plays and still has some how looked better than plummer.
  6. 4 first downs in 4 qtrs of football. Gonna be a rough season, don't even care if it was a undrafted nobody qb.
  7. We are well on our way to our 8 sack per game average.
  8. Solid defense against the first and second team of the Pats there.
  9. All day to throw, you gotta let that ball go.
  10. I mean, that's some heavy rain there. All the receivers are struggling, especially with high balls.
  11. Man if Bryce doesn't start trying deep passes, get ready for an even longer season than it will already be.
  12. I mean, even now I have no clue what 23-10 refers to. Is it referring to subtraction? A game score? I should go see the interview, so that I don't sound stupid.
  13. I mean he would have got flagged for holding, but I think was the case in multiple 1 on 1 today
  14. Let's start with just going deep once in a while lol.
  15. City. Went to England to visit some family members and we happen to buy tickets to a Man City home game vs Fulham just to experience it, got the scarf and everything. Had a good time, figured I should just start pulling for them.
  16. Our soccer team is have a good season.
  17. Keenan Allen was one if those head scratchers where he was so obviously a first round pick that I'm still baffled how he fell that far and we didn't draft him.
  18. Currently, Shaq Thompson. All time Chris Gamble.
  19. To bad, but we should do whatever it takes and land KDB - all though I've read San Diego is looking to get him.
  20. This, OTA's at this point are a meaningless sign. Now if it's the same thing in pre-season, I think you'll have a good idea of how things will start out. Not to say there aren't outliers, like Cam Newton, but disorganization and sloppy play seems like it carries over with most rookies.
  21. The man can get up. Red zone threat for sure.
  22. Rangers gameplay is to beat the crap put of the hurricanes to wear them out the next game. We are taking a lot of hits.
