  1. What would be the expected price for either? Reasonable, or are we giving away another ton of draft capital?
  2. I live in Dallas, and I was listening to local radio, they were talking about how this draft might not be as expensive to trade up because there are so many teams supposably trying to trade down. That's fine, but what made me kind of laugh, their analyst was saying it was possible they could get the 6 pick from us for 24, their second and a fourth... Man they like to dream down here. Lol /Offseason
  3. If this is the case then fitterer should be running the show. I kind of doubt it's true though.
  4. I've read Pitt is in love with Willis, so my prediction. Trade back with the steelers, and we draft Penning or Ridder/Corral/Howell. Predicted starter to open the year: Darnold.
  5. I'm down for either of the top for scenarios, trade down or not. This is the way.
  6. I'm in on Pickett. I'll eat my crow if I have to, but I think he'll be the best of the lot.
  7. I mean a team may want to trade up for more than just a QB. The LTs are ridiculous according to everybody, you have the best safety in a generation according to some, and you have some decent pass rushers and wide receivers. A trade back is not out of the question.
  8. If we go this route and get Corral, that's fine, I just think the need to take the swing in the draft, and if it doesn't work out, take your new coach and do it again next year. Swing till you get the hit. Heavy QB classes come and go, it's not always guaranteed that next year will be better.
  9. If this happens, take the tackle.
  10. I mean, I guess,. I don't necessarily think Pickett is that big of a reach at 6, but I get it, it's all over the map right now.
  11. Really? I walked away with the impression that they were def going to go QB, probably Pickett as that meets your criteria.
  12. He would be great for 8 games a year, but I don't want an 8 game a year QB. Honestly, I don't think he fits Rhules or Macadoo's optimal type of QB. I think Pickett is much more likely.
  13. I'm pretty sure they declined the trade last year cause there wasn't a first offered.
  14. They tried to get a ransom out of Fields last year and got crap offers, I don't think trades happen in real time as the do in the dream of us non football folks.
  15. Personally, I think Ridder is the second coming of Tony Pike. But I don't do a lot of QB evaluation so I'm sure I'll take some heat for that.
  16. Love is literally worth nothing. He is in what, his 3rd year and has not progressed at all. This is just wasting assets. If you want to suck another year, get the tackle and ride with Sam. I think you swing for the fence, and draft your tackle next year. You can get a much more decent LT in free agency now, than you can get a QB. But if you win 5 games next year, which seems to be our bench mark, you aren't getting that mega QB your hoping for either.
  17. He is just following the path of Haskins and Fields. OSU is for QBs what USC was back in the lienart days. They face no pressure and have all day and open wide receivers to throw to every play. I like Stroud, but it's just so tough to evaluate QBs on teams like that.
  18. Corral is loaded with talent, but hits he takes with that small frame, man I don't know, he might be like a Kylee Murray that plays 10 to 12 games a year. I think Pickett is the best of the lot, but which ever of the 3 the Fo likes is fine, just swing for the fence.
  19. Translation "Dang it, the guy I thought was the best underperformed, it must be some else's fault."
  20. Good QB's win you more games than good LT's. You win 5-7 games next year, your not sniffing an elite prospect. Shoot your shot while you can, give me the QB all day.
  21. Wish we could get a similar package for CMC lol
  22. I think you forgot to link. But looking forward to the read.
