Let's face it, many college coaches just don't know how to do it in the NFL. I think that is what we are looking at. You can say give it a chance and be patience and it takes time, but there just isn't anything to be positive about with the current situation with this team. Loosing is one thing but damn this crew just seem clueless. Just amazing what Tepper paid to bring this current regime in.
