Haven't been to a game in a couple of years but the last few I did attend the music really stood out as you played alot of heavy rock oriented music and that is what I love and the way you did it really enhanced the stadium atmosphere. Sorry to hear you will no longer be doing it

That is cool. Always thought it would be neat to have a small commercial brewery. Same here and about the same time frame. I love good craft beer and there is alot of it available. I love trying new and different craft brews. Alot of work but still keep thinking I want to do some again with my tiny bit of equipment I still have.

Just saw this thread. Really cool experiment. We are in Eastern NC and yep this time of year a few warms days and the maples are popping. I like trying those kind of things too. Reminds me....I want to get back to my roots and start brewing my own beer like a did several years ago before life got out of control.

And don't forgot she donated 5 million related to hurricane recovery But let's hate her.......

I agree I don't care for her music but I certainly do not understand that kind of hate for her

Yep....My brother lives right there in Tampa He is currently on the road heading north. Just told me traffic is pretty bad and he had to go 60 miles to find a station with gas. Told him to come on up to eastern NC but i think he is going stop sooner and not come this far.

Bless you for this post. You exemplify how we all should be thinking after disasters such as this. Reading and hearing the other negative reactions is sickening. Having been through too many storms here in Eastern NC I completely can relate to all the feelings you have had and continue to feel. Hang in there.......Better days are coming

In fact.....I want to come join you and go on a "mission" until after November 5th. Now that I think about it....may want to delay that until a few months into 2025 as who knows what kind of craziness is going to happen. So.....please save me the really good stuff

Pretty much my setup here in Eastern NC We have weathered several hurricanes and this generator has been awesome and gotten us through a few times

Man, haven't even thought of the insurance implications of this event. I live 2 counties off the coast and we pay hellacious insurance premiums. Every couple of years they propose more outrageous rate hikes. The further you go inland the rates and hides are way less. Another reason I have been seriously considering moving away from the coast. I guess the insurance folks never anticipated this sort of event farther inland. I am assuming insurance rates are much less in western NC but feel free to correct me as I do not know that to be the truth.

Man, this is heartbreaking. I just spent a week near banner elk back in July. gorgeous country and I love it there. Always depressed when I have to go back home to the coast. Have been seriously considered moving there We have seen these sort of things here in the eastern part of the state with floyd and Florence and fran....and I could keep going and they are terrible. All I can say is it certainly changes things but it will be built back. I un derstand though, hard to think about that when you are currently in the middle of it all.
