I understand 99.9 % of you are having a meltdown over the O Line .. but why I’m not hearing just as much concern over the defense baffles me . Time of possession in the first half was crucial. Yes the offense never moved the ball,, but the defense was not giving us any 3 and outs. Even with with 80-100 players playing, giving up 27 points was embarrassing. Glad this was preseason.

Winning or losing in theory doesn't matter in preseason. Seeing your players to make decisions for 53 man practice squad roster is foremost. Getting timing down ( knocking the rust off ). Staying healthy... With all that said, trying to create a winning culture IS IMPORTANT . We currently don't have a winning culture. 2013 -2017 we had a winning culture. Right or wrong, we as fans were more concerned when Benjamin was injured in preseason than winning games. So yes, walking off the field at the end of game, even preseason , matters to players.

The WHOLE PLAYBOOK .. the whole playbook is what coaches say when they have a new QB, a young QB, etc.. and they never give him " the whole playbook ". He was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2016. He and my mother are/ were the same age. My mother too has Alzheimer's . Tony's last performance was in 2021 with Lady Gaga.. Alzheimer's patients seem to never lose their memory for music/ lyrics. A blessing for him as well as my mother. He might not be able to tell you what he had for breakfast, but I'm sure the lyrics flowed for him, as they do my mother. What a great American talent

I watched this game about 3 days ago on NFL network. I swear I thought we were going to win. Time of possession was what hurt us the most in this game. 39 min to 21 min. It didn't feel that way watching it live , because we were scoring. Our defense was zapped. Tired. Many of us agree, we gave Brady too much time at the end.
