  1. For some reason people think it is unique to Tepper
  2. I would keep an eye on Jackson Powers-Johnson (C Oregon) if he does well at the senior bowl.
  3. I’m with you, I think we can get a stud C or G at this spot. We need to build up the o-line to help Bryce and to get it ready for our new QB in 2025…
  4. Lurie is getting more involved huh. Tepper has a lot to learn, but even one of the best owners in the league start getting more hands on when the results aren’t meeting expectations… just saying that Tepper is far from the only one.
  5. The counter to that is that maybe, just maybe he hasn’t been as involved as we thought. He let Rhule run the show, then a massive committee. It sound like the search firm is deeply involved in the process for a new GM and HC, so that’s a good thing.
  6. It is surprising. I definitely thought we would and try to pair with Ben.
  7. Chargers owners have tons of red flags. They are known for being super cheap etc. Chargers are only attractive for their QB, they are way over the cap and will have to get rid of some of their aging stars. It’s a good job, not sure if it’s great.
  8. Slowik is interesting, he’s very inexperienced but super high potential
  9. just guesses, but that’s what everyone is doing at this point
  10. If Vrabel to Patriots is true, it will be interesting how they handle the minority interviews, as it will obviously be a sham.
  11. So if we are only talking to people who said yes, then we have a very very strong lineup of coaches and GMs. That would actually be great if true.
  12. Would you really say no to Roy Kent?
  13. That my thought as well, that is not a bad set up at all.
  14. Feels like Dan Quinn all the way, right?
  15. This is really interesting, although only speculation at this point. Would love to see it:
  16. I don’t think you could have misinterpreted my comment more if you tried to. During the game, it was the first time in forever that we had no issues with time outs, late play calling, we went for it on fourth down when it made sense etc. he handled all that really well. I don’t want him as the HC, but he did that part really well.
  17. It is pretty much standard practice. If we hire a young offensive HC, I would also want to keep him in place for another year, if the new HC agrees.
  18. Ironically he’s probably been the best game day coach we’ve had in a while.
  19. Agree with this, a new GM means a clean slate. You tag him with the hope of trading him. Minimal chance he’ll sit out. Letting him seek out a trade will show him what the market is for a trade or a more reasonable contract with us. However I do prefer a trade at this point as I think we could get a first rounder.
  20. The Cowboys draft really well and invest heavily in their o-line. He would be my number one choice.
  21. Your above statement is generally correct, but has nothing to do with the initial comment I responded to, that you tried to state as a fact when it was your opinion. But you do you man.
  22. No I don’t know, that’s why I don’t claim my opinion as a fact. See the difference between us?
  23. Atlanta has been one of the weirdest teams lately. The GM drafting top offensive players and the offensive HC not playing them/involving them much on the offense.
