  1. I’m torn on Duce as I think he was the one pushing for Sanders to play when Chuba was performing better by a mile.
  2. Very well written. I started out just like you but, staying positive to a fault, but the overwhelming evidence of what is happening caught up to me a couple of games back.
  3. The best thing to do now is the obvious complete clean out of the front office and coaching staff (I would 100% interview Evero if he’s up for it). Then continue to build the team in FA and draft followed by an OPEN QB competition. Bryce has to earn his spot. If he does, good for him, if he doesn’t, so be it. That’s how you win the team back and set yourself up for the future. The you go new QB in the draft in 2025.
  4. Good for you to keep blind hope that it will turn around. I did for the first couple of weeks, but for me I just can’t see it anymore.
  5. They are shocked over the lack of footwork, blows their mind it can be that bad.
  6. The concern is real for especially Williams. Can he function within the pocket in the NFL? I feel we’ve seen more of Maye in the pocket.
  7. He just can’t lead his receivers, every pass is thrown behind them
  8. Bryce has been off all day. Not sure how he isn’t part of the problem
  9. Bryce has been terrible today. The WRs haven’t their job, but it would help a lot if Bruce could lead them instead of throwing behind them constantly. Absolutely abysmal.
  10. D Jack has played very well the last couple of games, might be the best stretch of his career. Looks like a very solid #2 CB.
  11. I found this paragraph the most interesting: “They might not know that five of the last six owners to buy (rather than inherit) a team make up the bottom five in win percentage (they do — the lone exception is the Buffalo Bills’ Terry Pegula).” Shows how oddly hard it is I guess. Or that new owners are all know it all types that are slow learners. But probably a combination of the two.
  12. I think it is fair to criticize her along with Tepper. It is all clearly misogynistic and sexual references that bothers me. Criticizing is one thing, the rest crosses the line.
  13. And that is the best news of the day. There is no way to avoid a reset. Now, who will lead said reset? A new president of football or similar would immediately start the healing among the supporters and is the smart move.
  14. Fitterer comes off terrible in every article and update. I think he’s gone as soon as the season is over.
  15. She also wasn’t mentioned a single time in the article. Based on some people’s comments in this thread you would think she would be the main topic.
  16. Great article, the athletic is no doubt worth paying for. To no surprise it shows how terribly bad Fitt and Frank are/were at their jobs, and how bad Tepp is as an owner. It is the trifecta of terrible. Actions needed to move forward (hiring president of football, clean slate etc.) should be very easy to see, but will Tepp do it or not?
  17. This was an extremely well written article and look behind the scenes. A lot of issues within the offensive coaching staff. Surprisingly Tepper didn’t come off as bad as expected.
  18. I think most coaches would have won more than one game, not many more, but definitely more than one. And they would have at least shown some effort to try different things.
  19. I was hoping he was going to take off in our 3-4, but I was so very wrong. He’s a good player, but far from elite.
  20. Great topic, but the level of reading comprehension is rough. OP asked what you would do. The number of answers saying “Panthers would never do that…”.
  21. It will be interesting to follow with Penix Jr. At this time last year Will Levis was a top 10 pick. Penix Jr will be 24 (I think) at the time of the draft…
  22. I think it is fairly easy to be critical of Frank. His scheme, lack of adjustments, and game day decisions were terrible. Sure the roster is terrible, but so was Frank. Both can be true.
