Cruel world when Teddy Bridgewater, Sam Darnold, Baker Mayfield, & PJ Walker are all in the 2023 playoffs while the Panthers hit the eject button on them early for an F grade #1 pick QB who they will refuse to bail on early.

That is pretty damn ironic lol

Who would think our #1 pick would be worse than all of them too haha

I think it was a combination of him being at Alabama, winning the Heisman, and sheep mentality. He had all these same flaws at Alabama, its just they have a overwhelming talent advantage most of the time.

I did not like what I saw from Bryce vs LSU or Texas. The BIGGEST red flag I saw in those games was he could not handle interior pressure. I was worried because that happens all the time in the NFL. He's just too short to see down the middle of the field when there's pressure up the middle, which is a death sentence for a QB. And he's not as mobile as Russell Wilson was, so he has no hope. Kyler Murray has shown WAY more in both college AND the NFL, and even he isn't a franchise QB. We done fugged up.

  3. It's just crazy to me that between the combine, private workouts, and college tape, that THIS was the guy to choose over Stroud. The blunder of the decade right here. You cannot tell me our scouts (that get paid millions) came back with all that research and concluded this was THE guy. I just don't believe they were that incompetent. This was a Tepper move 100%.

  4. New England might be the new dumpster fire organization along there with us. It is now clear that Tom Brady WAS the whole operation there.

As for Vrabel, get that motherfugger in here ASAP! Dude VASTLY overachieved with bad QBs and a running game. We have needed a culture change in this organization since Cam left and Vrabel would bring a much needed change in that department.

For the longest time I would think these people are completely making the wrong decision but "they know better than me" so maybe it's right. Nor anymore. I've been right about this way too many times with this team. So, this is absolutely the wrong decision. Tepper will be interviewing and hiring the coach. The guy is a moron and will pick the worst possible candidate then proceed to tell them how to coach the entire season. Next season will not be worth watching. The only way to get the team back is for fans to run Tepper out of Charlotte. I don't know how but all discussions should be focused on getting Tepper away from this team. I'm being dead serious. This must be figured out before ANY football talk.

Tepper isn't going anywhere. He's petty enough that he would move the team before he admitted he was the problem.

  6. This will end well lol

We are so fugged. This is the first time ever in my time of watching Panther football (been a fan since I was 8 years old, I'm 30 now) that I might go try and find another team to follow until Tepper removes himself from this franchise.

  7. Welcome to coach purgatory Titans, you played yourselves lol

That GM traded away their #1 receiver and expected Vrabel to make chicken salad out of chicken sh*t. The talent on that team besides Henry over the years was laughable. I would LOVE Vrabel here, my 2nd option behind Harbaugh.

I honestly doubt they did. Tepper was sold and at the end of the day that's all that mattered.

It was 100% a Tepper call. You cannot tell me a HC who literally was known for liking bigger QBs during his coaching career looked at Bryce and thought "oh yeah, this is the guy that breaks the mold".

Same. After watching CJ TORCH that vaunted Georgia D, that's all I needed to see.

You should fire your fuging coach for having Jonathan Taylor out of the game on THE most pivotal play of the season. WTF was THAT??!!!

Doesn't make any sense. Go out swinging with your best players out there.

  11. Taking Bryce over Stroud is franchise altering type sh*t. I honestly don't think we will recover from this, ESPECIALLY if CJ Stroud somehow manages a superbowl. This will get thrown in our face worse than 28-3 is thrown at the Falcons.

We look worse in person. That's pretty bad. I knew something was off the first preseason game. Just one more game and this freaking season is over. I feel for the fan base and we are in deep dodo.

I remember a few us getting absolutely sh*tted on at the time for calling this out, saying "lol people b*tching about a preseason game" or "really guys, we are running vanilla plays", etc. Anybody with eyes could see that we were getting absolutely ramrodded by the other team's depth. It just felt different. There were times when our starters were getting manhandled by their 2nd and 3rd string guys. I had a really bad feeling about this season based on our preseason play alone.
