  1. Patriots announcers were even giving praise to it
  2. These Patriots announcers are surprisingly good and knowledgeable. Was expecting ridiculous homer commentary like last week.
  3. Patriots announcers are amazed at our stack formations. Big praise honestly.
  4. Ok, I've seen enough. PJ should DEFINITELY be our backup QB. Send Darnold's ass packing. I trust PJ to win us a game more than Darnold
  5. Should have taken Evan neal lol jk Seriously, I'm just kidding, but Ekwonu just got ate on that drive. Better to learn now.
  6. That was actually a REALLY good throw from PJ there. A back shoulder throw in the middle of field, the only place he could put it
  7. Holy sh*t that pocket collapsed almost immediately
  8. Last I've checked, a Joe Burrow type QB isn't walking through those doors anytime soon. Zac taylor is riding the coattails of his elite QB, just like Ron did with Cam. And Burrow will be wasted just like Cam was.
  9. So hiring a college passing coordinator that had superstar WRs everywhere on the field to make him look good and wasn't even the OC was a bad idea?
  10. Now would be a good time to give Corral a lot of meaningful snaps......................so I fully expect Darnold and PJ to get the majority of work
  11. Both of Rhule's guys get fuggin obliterated per par. These two should be competing for a ROSTER SPOT, let alone a starter spot. Somebody in the comments said it best
  12. HUGE respect to Allen there. He literally could have KILLED Baker. Rhule is a fuggin idiot. Nobody in their right fuggin mind (except Eflein's parents) thinks he is better than a PROVEN above average Bozeman. Stop this charade. We need to get our starters ready for the season. Season is in like 3 weeks and we still don't have our starting o-line getting reps with each other because Rhule wants to continue this musical chairs charade.
  13. I mean, this isn't new news that Rhule is a clown. We ALL (well maybe like 5 fans didn't) wanted Rhule gone last year. The mishandling of Christensen, playing Chinn out of position, BAD clock management, completely crumbling after half time, not having his team ready, playing musical chairs with o-line, etc. Teddy has already exposed Rhule and his college tactics. But we really shouldn't be mad at Rhule, Tepper's the one who's keeping his ass here because his fragile little ego can't admit he was wrong. Just look around the league and see how other teams are handling their rookie QBs. They're giving them decent reps (even if they are down the depth chart). Every rookie QB showed flashes in their preseason games...........except ours. Coincidence? I think not. I mean hell, he's taking away valuable reps from OUR STARTING QB that needs to be ready in 3 weeks, let alone our rookie. Can't wait until this dude goes back to college.
  14. It seems as though all of these other teams had their rookie QBs ready to play and every single one of them looked comfortable out there and showed flashes.
  15. I feel that on any given day Baker could get a hot and win us a game. Haven't had that feeling since Cam.
  16. Also saw us run to the line after a big play to try and catch the defense off guard, something that ALL OF US have been shouting for throughout the years (especially during those prime Cam years).
  17. Well put. Some teams seem to understand this new approach, while the majority of franchises still believe in the "develop" 2010s mindset.
  18. Exactly. For an organization that supposedly focuses on "analytics", we sure as hell don't follow the data.
  19. This is why a lot of us were telling "fans" to stop hating on Cam when he was our QB. We even had some "fans" at one point that wanted to start Derek Anderson over Cam after he had a couple of bad games. You just don't know what you have until he's gone. Being in QB purgatory can take decades before you find a "good" QB, let alone an "elite" one (unless you're the fuggin lucky ass Packers).
  20. Why the hell not?
  21. I forgot where I read this, but some analytical nerd did a study that showed that teams should draft a QB EVERY YEAR until one shows promise. He also went on to say if a QB doesn't show some sort of promise in his first year, dispose of him quickly and try again (which is what the Cardinals did with Rosen and Murray).
  22. Especially considering you had your pick between him and Howell.
  23. He did look bad, but we did him no favors throwing him out there with players who aren't even going to be on the active roster. Our starting o-line is already questionable, let alone our depth
