I'm so tired of this notion that we didn't give Wilks a fair shake. The man didn't have his team ready to play a Trubisky lead offense and lost AT HOME. That was the first straw. Then, we STILL had a chance to take the division, go up by 14 against TB, and then proceed to choke by letting Mike Evans get behind you 3 fuggin times. Where was all this outrage when Josh McDaniels replaced Bissacia? Hell, Bissacia actually got it done and MADE the playoffs.

I'll tell you what, wasn't excited nor disappointed with the Reich hire, but if he managed to get Fangio and keep Tabor and Campen, I would be erected.

I've been a fan of the Panthers too damn long to know to not get my hopes up. We are most likely going to just keep Wilks and run it back to a 8-9 record and be right back in the same situation next year. It's like how everybody predicted that we would win just enough games to miss out on a top 5 pick, but lose just enough to miss the playoffs. It's just our status quo. So, I'll be very surprised if we actually did something different this time around tbh

I mean, just look at the Watson saga last offseason. No one knew sh*t. One day it was the Panthers in the lead to land him. Then the next day it was the Saints in the lead. And then a team that wasn't even mentioned in the sweepstakes for weeks gets him out of the blue.

Staley is a complete dumbass. He played his starters in a meaningless game last week and lost their BEST big playmaking WR in Mike Williams in the 4th quarter and didn't play yesterday because of that. Then (in complete Panthers fashion) they stopped doing what was working in the 1st half and went to soft zone in the 2nd half and let the Jags WRs and Evan Engram just eat up YAC. That was an epic choke. How TF do you lose a game where you win the turnover ratio 5-0? Chargers really are the Panthers of the AFC.

Ask Jets fans about "moral" victories. Won last game of season, dropped to #2 pick, and then missed out on Trevor Lawrence and ended up with Zack Wilson lol I wonder if they're still happy they won that meaningless game and still in QB purgatory for many years to come?

And now we have to play 2nd place schedule instead of a 4th place schedule. So now we have to play the Cowboys (refs), Seattle in their home, and Miami instead of the Commanders, Cardinals, and Jets. The gift that keeps on giving. Not to mention it will take even more assets to trade up for a QB now (if we go that route). For all the people saying 1 draft spot doesn't matter, Herbert was taken 1 spot before us. But keep celebrating a meaningless win that everybody will forget by next year.

Looks like Rams might win. If Rams win, then we could have moved up 2 spots in the draft if we lost today. Thank God for that meaningless win though.

I just don't see it. Why would Harbaugh go to a division that has Mahomes and Herbert in it with a washed Wilson and no draft picks? He would be out of there in 2 years.
