If anybody saw that video of Adam Theilen consistently getting open last year and Kirk Cousins just straight up not looking his way, you would know Theilen is still crisp with his routes. Bryce will be looking for him often.

Chark would be our #1 if he could stay healthy, which is a big if.

Bryce will be fine if our o-line holds up in the regular season. Just gotta give him consistent time.

I was focusing more on o-line vs d-line. Was it our starting o-line against their 2nd string d-line?

Was that our 1st string O against their 2nd string? Just askin, idk if DET playing their defensive starters or not

Holy sh*t did not look good. That looked like his spine if I'm being honest.

This was a big reason I was skeptical on him. That is very Rivera esque. Not to mention not having his team ready for big games. Losing to a BAD Jaguars team and getting eliminated from the playoffs (all they had to do was win ONE of their last 2 games that year). Main reason he was fired. Hopefully our "all-star" cast won't allow these slow starts to happen.

Wins in preseason don't matter Scoring in preseason doesn't matter HOWEVER, looking like complete ass in every phase from every unit and losing majority of your 1v1s is cause for concern.

Bryce taking 5 big hits in 6 quarters kind of makes your point moot.

If the o-line can just be average and keep him upright, we will have something.

Smarter about it? I think most of us know that preseason in a vacuum does not matter at all. HOWEVER, to be outscored 41-3 in 6 quarters and show no ounce of competency on either side of the ball (starters and depth) is very concerning, and you would be lying to say otherwise.

I just don't get how any fan and can see this and know our history and just calmly say "it's just preseason" like we are just going to flip a switch or something. We've been Panther fans for too long to know how this usually ends lol

Remember when our offense sucked last preseason and everybody was like "lol we are just running a vanilla offense, McAdoo isn't going to show his full hand" and then proceeded to go 1-4 out of the gate?

Also, we don't have the luxury of resting the starting O, play them a whole half until they get their sh*t together and score a fuggin TD. We have two division rivals to start the season, and the way it's looking we will be 0-2 in the division and season after two games.

Eye test don't lie. Giants have no problem getting 1st downs and TDs, we can't even get 5 yards. Same sh*t with the Jets.

Let's call a spade a spade. Vanilla or not, the Jets and Giants have had their way with us with the same "vanilla" offense and defense. We just aren't a good team. We are losing every single one of our 1v1s.

At some point we gotta be honest with ourselves, Frank Reich has had a trend of starting off seasons slow. He also lost to a bad 2-14 Jags team in a must win game to go to the playoffs.
