I'd rather direct all my hate towards Tepper.

Tepper is starting to get that rep. It will be very hard to lure any competent coach or GM here.

The coach we SHOULD have went after about to trample this team. He'll have his team ready.

Meanwhile the Patriots with brand new coaching staff and journeyman QB goes into Cincinnati and comes away with a win against a playoff team. I'm so tired of hearing about long processes or long journeys, it's the fuggin NFL, you can go from worst to 1st in your division in the matter of ONE offseason. We just have an owner that refuses to be hands off and a yes man GM who was a part of the worst front office in the league.

Does it even matter at this point? I'm not even trying to be all doom and gloom either, Tepper has derailed this franchise to a point of no return unfortunately. He came in and absolutely gutted this entire team and made all the wrong hires. We are so far behind the rest of the NFL it will honestly take a decade to probably fix (hell, you see how long it took the Browns and Lions to even become competent). Bad ownership is a death sentence to a franchise, and we have one of (if not THE) worst owners in all of sports.

Find a team that had Bryce ranked highly in the draft and try to get any compensation you can get while he still has a LITTLE value. Start Dalton the rest of the season and then draft your QB next year. Do this asap so we can at the very least enjoy the season a little bit.
