I mean, this SHOULD be the most obvious gameplan from Ejero if I've ever seen one. Stack the box for Breece and Fields read option, let Moehrig spy Fields all game, and let Horn and Mike Jack play man with whoever tf they got left at WR. If Fields beats you with his arm, then so be it. But knowing Ejero, he's going to play soft zone and let Fields and Co waltz down the field.

I'm just wondering why TF didn't Cam get these kind of excuses from his own fanbase? One mediocre game and fans would be calling for his head, let alone 3 years of TERRIBLE play. I know people around here are old enough to remember the "start Derek Anderson" days.

Trevin and Rozeboom remind me (obviously at a smaller scale) of when they had Beason as the mic and Luke beside him. Luke looked very average and was out of position a lot until he swapped to mic. REALLY hoping this is another case of that. Just on eye test alone that swap has been a night and day difference.

I'm grading Bryce on a game manager curve. That's all I realistically see his ceiling being. Don't turn the ball over, make a few splash plays here and there, and let Dowdle/Hubbard eat. I have no problem with that. But yeah, I want to see him do it against an actual defense.

Agreed. I still don't believe in Bryce, but you have to give credit where it's due. He FINALLY had a good game against a legit team and came up clutch, throwing an absolute LASER in the clutch. I don't count that turnover against him, so he essentially had a turnover free game while coming up clutch and FINALLY making the big plays downfield to Horn and Dowdle. BUT...............with all that said, we just need to see consistency. You cant come back next week and have a 3 turnover game with under 150 yds. Hopefully this game and last week against the Dolphins gives him a little momentum to build on.

When do we get Hunt back? Is there a chance he plays again this season?
