After waking up, I take the first on an empty stomach to start it off. I'll do a 10-15 minute morning yoga routine, max out push-ups (today was 60), and pull-ups (25).
Try to run at least 3 miles every other day usually around 2pm (in-office days at 6). #2 comes right before this. I'll free weight and work the abs at the gym before the runs/while stretching. Not into shakes or anything but occasionally will grab a smoothie with protein for lunch.
The nice thing is you don't have to take it for just working out. Just make sure you're getting that daily 60g of protein w/ your essential aminos and its like having a coffee replacement that's also a mood enhancer, b-vitamin source, and apetite reducer. I'm basically treating it like a 2x a day prescription.
Is anyone into Kale Shakes btw?
